A Message from Hawk

For anyone who also has hawk as a prominent animal spirit guide, I’m resharing this photo of the incredible hawk who came to perch on a tree next to the Magick Bus in the International Peace Garden so she may impart her medicine most penetratingly as you gaze in her eyes. I’ve shared in greater detail their symbolism before, but today is a short message of navigating and staying on path with deep presence and awareness, being open to and taking in wider perspectives, trusting your insights as they speak your truth, taking decisive actions with strength of vision and initiative behind them after surveying all creative possibilities, and knowing you have the ability to move through anything with grace and are being watched over by divine guardianship. You have the courage available to do anything. It’s both the time to bring forth your gifts and things you’ve procrastinated, but also a time to not act impulsively and await those air stream propulsions by assimilating everything to create alchemical alignment.

Hawk Spirit Symbolism – Gaining New Insight with Visionary Empowerment

Mountain Chickadee

Me and one of my Mountain Chickadee friends

Recently I have had a lot of bird spirit guides show up including an owl (which is so rare here in Southern California) that hovered and soared over the front of my car while in traffic on the freeway saying to myself, “the winds are wise” just moments before. And while I was away in Nevada, visiting my family and spending time in the Sierra Nevadas and at Lake Tahoe, I experienced one  amazingly magickal day with some Mountain Chickadees (they flew all around us, landing on us like trees, singing and brushing our skin as they flew by, and coming to sit on my hands and fingers when I put them out and called them), but it was the Marsh Hawk that prominently showed up each day.

Even before embarking on this trip Hawks were showing up here and there, including finding a Hawk feather on a hike, which I felt to bring with me to Reno to turn into a pair of earrings with another feather, coincidentally. 😉 However, every day there was one or two beautiful Marsh Hawks that were there to greet us in the morning and evening, Hawks that showed up on snow shoeing hikes, and graced the highways on the way home. The Marsh Hawks really got my attention and I was fascinated with their beauty and majesty and every day looked out for this particular one that enchanted me.

Marsh HawkHe would look penetratingly right at me when I would slowly drive up to it and get out of my car, but would only stay long enough to catch my eye in soul connection and to make an energetic impression. I tried to get clear photos of his beauty, but as if he knew, he would allow me one photo only from afar each time and then soar majestically off over the marshland. Having to zoom in beyond my camera’s clarity capabilities, I could not capture his grace and beauty in detail, but am sharing the photos I did get, nonetheless for sake of imparting his energy. I was able to also one day get one photo of a friend of his who shared this marshland with him. Nonetheless, he made a deep impact on me and we had an interesting energetic partnership over the week on an energetic level of exchange that I knew had meaning.

Full MoonDuring this week I also spent a lot of time in nature, on the mountains, in the snow, and by the lake, recharging my energy, receiving the gifts that awaited me, reflecting, and intentfully inviting the shifts that this experience held for me. I had no idea that the day of arrival was on the Full Moon and had even forgotten until I looked at my calendar, that not only would we be celebrating my mom’s 70th birthday, but that we would also be there in the place that Nestor had transitioned on what would have been her 10th birthday – February 1st. It was a powerful energetic time period in many ways for me.

Full MoonHaving been greeted by a spectacular rainbow orb sunset display (which I’ll share in an upcoming post), mustangs on the hill, a full moon sky of clouds that mirrored a bird and feather-like wings, and lastly a clock that didn’t work properly, displaying December 4th, 4:44 am when I went to bed that first night, I knew the angels were guiding and supporting the journey ahead.

Marsh HawkMore of what culminated in terms of shifts and experiences to come later, but back to the Hawks and their symbolism for now, as they feel to be of significance not just for me, but perhaps for many of you also experiencing them either in waking or dream time. Their symbolism and medicine feels very potent and on point for things right now and even in terms of a lot of the shaman and medicine energy sacred tattoos I’ve helped co-created recently and am currently working on.

I decided to look them up in greater detail than what I knew limitedly of them, as I felt there would be a message in their showing up as signs so much. I stumbled on some information immediately that completely mirrored the exact things I had just gotten finished stating out loud in terms of what I was experiencing, processing, and reflecting on for the shifts I felt were upon me.

I hope you enjoy this insightful information from All Totems on Hawk Spirit Meaning, Symbols, and Totem: (view link for more details and information)

Hawk Spirit Symbols: Awareness, Perspective, Insight, Truth, Visionary Power, Guardianship, Strength, Initiative, Decisiveness, Creativity, Messenger, Caution, Maneuvering, Leadership

Hawk Meaning and Medicine: The spirit of hawk brings with it many different meanings. If the hawk totem has entered your life recently take a moment to stop and reflect on some of the following messages:

  • Awareness, Perspective: Do you feel like you’re moving forward in life blindly, or simply going through the grind? If the hawk totem has recently entered your life you may need to stop and take account of your situation. Observe the minute and fine details of your surroundings because it is likely a juicy morsel of information is hidden in the high grass. The spirit of hawk represents the ability to see meaning in ordinary experiences and will help you to become more observant. Many of the messages Hawk guides bring are about freeing yourself of thoughts and beliefs that are limiting your ability to soar above your life and gain a greater perspective. It is this ability to soar high above to catch a glimpse of the bigger picture that allows Hawk people to survive and flourish.
  • Insight, Vision: Are you lacking confidence in yourself, are your bottling up your creative ideas and going unheard? Hawk medicine is both insightful and visionary. Stop doubting your ideas and assert yourself. Trust in your instincts and feelings and have confidence in any bright ideas that have recently come into mind.
  • Initiative, Decisiveness: Are you hesitating or procrastinating about something important in your life? Are you avoiding someone or something out of fear? Hawk totems wait patiently to strike at their prey, but when the time comes they strike with both speed and precision. If you stand by too long, any opportunities that have presented themselves will slip through your grasp. Take some initiative and seize the moment!
  • Caution, Maneuvering: Have you become reckless and impulsive? Do you often find yourself being outthought or outmaneuvered in life? Hawk spirit can alert us to those times when we should NOT take action because we do not yet have all the information we need. For example, someone is thinking about becoming involved in a relationship, personal or business, yet they get the feeling that something is “not quite right”. This needs to be heeded and Hawk’s spirit sent forth to gather the appropriate information to help the person make the best choice. Trust in your intuition, Hawk’s meaning may be telling you to steer clear for very good reasons! Be patient and fully examine the breadth of your decision making, once you have enough information Hawk will guide you to implement this knowledge to your advantage and steer you towards a more favorable path.
  • People with Hawk Totem are…
    • Observant
    • Cunning
    • Decisive
    • Visionaries
    • Leaders
    • Creative
    • Strategic
    • Messengers

Marsh HawkHawk’s Message: The hawk is a messenger of insight, adaptability and openness, it is also about visionary power and guardianship.  Hawk’s meaning teaches us to be observant and to pay attention to what we may overlook. This could mean a talent we don’t use, a blessing for which we haven’t expressed gratitude, or a message from the universe.  The hawk has keen eyesight, it is about opening our eyes and seeing that which is there to guide us. Hawk awakens vision and inspires us to a creative life purpose. Look to the world around you for there are symbols buried in everything.

Marsh HawkHawk in Dreams: To see a hawk in your dream, denotes that suspicions are lurking around you and your activities. You need to proceed with caution. Alternatively, a hawk symbolizes insight. Consider the phrase “hawk’s eye” to mean that you need to keep a close watch on someone or some situation. The key is to sense the subtle meaning carried by the winds of change.

Cultural Symbolism:

  • Native American: Among Native American traditions, Hawk served the role of messenger guide, bringer of messages and portents of change. Hawk reminded the people they needed to be awake and aware. Many Native American tribes admire the hawk for its speed, endurance, perseverance, and sharp eyesight.
  • Celtic: In the Celtic tradition Hawk empowers a person to seek out their ancestral roots and to examine in depth that which is positive (so that it may be integrated into a person’s life) and that which is limiting (so it can be released). Tradition is only worth honoring when it supports joy and fulfillment in one’s life! In this tradition Hawk also supports the solar side as stated above, helping a person to move forward in life and to seek out great quests to embark upon.
  • Greek: In Greco-Roman mythology, the hawk is the ‘swift messenger of Apollo/Mercury,’ and is associated with the sorceress, Circe.
  • Chinese: The Chinese associated this bird with war.
  • Christian: In early Christian symbolism, the wild hawk represented evil; the tamed hawk signified the convert; and the hooded hawk symbolized the Christian hoping in the Light of Christ even though surrounded by the darkness of earth. Because of the hawk’s swiftness in darting down and grasping its prey, this animal is a symbol of death, injustice, violence, and those people who prey upon the weak.
  • Egyptian: In ancient Egypt, the hawk was considered a royal bird and a symbol of the soul (ba). Isis is said to have shape shifted into a Hawk to save Osiris. Horus also carried Hawk medicine which allowed him to see the “unseeable”.
  • Indian: Gayatri is the Hindu hawk who brought an intoxicating drink of immortality known as ‘soma’ from heaven. He is also a vehicle of Indra.Hawk

Eclipse Shifts, Snow Bunnies & Saving Bunnies

How has everyone been feeling around this last Full Moon Lunar Eclipse?

And even just in general, how are you holding up?

It’s important these days to check in with yourself and really see what you’re feeling. The body has a lot of wisdom to share and your emotions, if addressed lovingly, will reveal to you their truth.

This Eclipse opened another doorway for some radical shift potentials and the cycling through of endings and beginnings. It continues to be a potent time to stay aware of any realizations, openings, and insights that you receive without pushing them aside. Some breakthrough potentials are within reach if you’re willing to let go of energies that have become stagnant and any false securities that may have been crutches or subduing the real song of your heart.

I continue to feel that as we take the steps, the fog will clear. But it’s by moving that you actually get to the other side and have greater ability to step into the new version of yourself you are recreating – and the new version of the world at large that you want to experience.

I’ve been hearing a continuing theme from more people than I can count that speaks to dramatic personal shifts being implemented. People are realizing they need some major time-outs for personal wellness and healthier life choices.

While more and more people are beginning to feel they’re finally thriving, there are so many people I know and keep hearing about through the channels that have become completely burned out, depleted, and realizing that the way they’ve been going for years, and fell into believing they needed to operate, simply won’t cut it anymore. Physical challenges are popping up left and right, mental anxiety and breakdowns, along with emotional turmoil that can no longer go uncared for are literally screaming for attention. Stress is on all-time high and exhaustion has finally run its course. And I’ve seen this with both women and men. Although, I do happen to know of a lot of female entrepreneurs with their own businesses who have had to completely step back, reassess, change the mode of operation of their businesses, and integrate self-care protocols on every front from nutrition and exercise, to counseling in the spiritual and shamanic fields, and learning how to create greater balance all around.

This balance being one that speaks to a more naturally harmonious lifestyle where personal needs are a priority and seeing how that guides the creative flow of their business, instead of overextending themselves in all directions of what they thought they needed to be doing until there’s nothing left to give. They’re discovering more meaning in their lives by listening to their needs, which in turn enriches their relationships, family, daily life, and the quality, as well as content of their creative output – all realigning to a reflection of a healthier inner world and the relationship they are honoring and giving importance to that is blossoming from personal integration of their layers that went untended to until now.

There is much shifting in some really enriching ways even though these aren’t the stories that get the spotlight these days.

And although the changes have also spoken to losses on one side of the spectrum, there’s been incredible gains on the other because this is the cycling continuum of energy.

I definitely felt this Blood Moon’s energies keeping me more alert and energized the two nights before it, which has continued forth. I’ve also continued experiencing some odd alignments that are too literal and precise not to be connected to recent energies and specific days for both Dave and myself. Actually, since 10/31 these kind of precise experiences have been revving in extra uncanny ways. And that’s saying a lot since I’ve experienced quite a lot of wild alignments.

There’s an interweaving of both an acceleration of things and time taking place, but within that, I’m also experiencing a slowing down happening…yes, that’s possible. We can bend time to move fast or slow depending upon how we use each moment – I’m sure you’ve experienced this before. A few minutes of silent meditation or super presence with something feels like an hour or even breaks the barriers into timelessness. And hours or a day can go by in what feels like minutes. I notice it much more intentionally and those experiences of everything making sense and expansive cohesion are becoming the norm.

Today being 11/11/22 felt like a day to highlight some of this, as it’s a potent portal for manifestation and transformation.

So, what are your intentions and dreams? Please don’t be afraid to say them aloud. This is a gateway of alignments and the streaming through of support for the potentials you seek to experience.

Repeating number sequences are something that never cease to show up for many of us – you know those clock, odometer, receipt, addresses, license plate numbers, etc. that blare at you? I know, for me, it’s been nonstop for years and it just constantly increases with a variety of them showing up, as well as many sequential numbers that speak to me of everything lining up and progressing step-by-step in perfect alignment…that things are on track and will come to fruition.

Things may seem in disarray or chaotic, but I feel the train really is on track to unknown, but expansively rich destinations. It may boil down to which train you’ve chosen to get a ticket on, but no matter the train, it’s headed where the energy is being fueled.

And in that case, what you fuel is not really that much of a mystery when recognized as an energy stream. And, you can always jump tracks to a different train if you want at any time.

Since October 31st a lot of big things have been culminating in our lives here. It’s been a busy period, but greatly rewarding to put in the efforts. This can be a busy time, as year end approaches and holidays roll in, but it’s also the time when carving out space for yourself becomes vital.

I find myself finally seeing the simultaneous end and beginning point for another phase in my life and that feels really good.

It hasn’t come without a lot of twists and turns and learning even more about myself along the way. That said, the end of this year feels to hold a really clear freshness and I’ve drawn the lines to support that. I’m excited about the shifts taking place for my projects and focuses – I’ve had an ear open for inspiration to take me in uncharted directions.

Speaking of freshness, the alpine landscape here has been extremely invigorating with the continual snow we’ve been receiving. November has really kicked off the white wonderland that has been reflective of putting everything to rest, while experiencing the sparkly inspiration that floats in on each snowflake.

We’ve received probably about a foot and a half from the latest storms that just ended Wednesday at our elevation and there’s been 3-4 feet at the highest mountain tops. Pretty good for the start of November. In fact, for the first time in a while, our local ski resort will be opening tomorrow, the 12th. That means ski snow bunny and peaceful integration time on the mountain tops begins.

The photos laced throughout this post are some of my favorite from our snow adventures recently both on trail destinations near us and just behind our house in the forest.

I hope they bring you some of the bursts of wowness that we’ve been experiencing and drawing from for daily inspiration.

Yesterday was a big day for Astrid and me, so we’re laying low today. I’ve mentioned before that she’s one amazing rabbit when it comes to strength and health and luckily her only challenge is that she happens to produce extra ear wax that can become hard for her to release fully from her ears. Long story short, she had to go under for the first time yesterday for preventative measures of removing one really big ball of wax that was blocking 80% of an ear canal (too deep to remove unsedated without risking damage) and a smaller one in the other ear that was found in the process. Neither had developed any issues or infections, as I caught things in time and trusted my intuition to keep an appointment for her even though she stopped demonstrating curious ear behaviors.

All that said, she got through it with flying colors and didn’t skip a beat in bouncing right back. But it’s definitely no fun to run to the vet twice in a week, an hour’s drive away skirting snow storms and to be probed in your ears, or to have any kind of sedated procedures.

But it’s just such incredible ears of hers that speak to me of telepathic waves opening to deeper levels of communication, connection, and clarity.

I’m so grateful for all the support we have and that she’s one super bunny.

I also love how she and I share the same color hair and fur…a match made in heaven!

Some of that support came in the form of our animal messenger friends, including Frith who came running by our room right before heading off to the early appointment yesterday, wanting to let his friend Astrid know that he and the rabbit collective would be with her. Then a large marsh hawk appearing for me right after I dropped her off. And upon picking her up and making our way home, there were two bald eagles sitting in a tree together, followed by another large marsh hawk. We have a very unique relationship with these sentinel birds that is unusual given the dynamics of predator to prey. But for me and all of my bunnies, they have always protected them and kept vigil over important procedures, showing up as messengers of everything being in alignment between Earth and Cosmos.

And speaking of hawks….this one above came to me this past weekend just outside our bedroom. This was the best photo I could get of him with the highest zoom on my camera, but clearly defines his stunning silhouette.

He was fluttering around on the ground and from tree to tree, wanting to get my attention. Then came to land here looking like the regal Horus himself.

But going through all of this with Astrid, as we come to year-end here shortly, had me reflecting on Astrid’s and my connection with her rabbit rescue, Save A Bunny – where Joy also was adopted from and the place that Nestor led me to in the first place. End of year is a time we like to give to rescues and organizations, and Save A Bunny is always on my list, as they do amazing work there. I hold Marcy, SAB’s founder, dearly in my heart. She’s a very special soul whom I admire greatly and am grateful to for connecting Astrid and me together.

This gave Astrid and me an idea last night about raising some extra support for them, and so we were inspired to auction off our last original painting that hasn’t yet found a forever home – Gem of the Emerald Forest, featuring Panda animal messenger totem.

Gem of the Emerald Forest – Original Available 24″ x 30″

Synchronously, Panda’s message fits a lot of what I shared today in theme:

Pandas are rare gems that symbolize many valuable things we can learn from. Being generally solitary, they teach us the importance of solitude, going within and understanding the value of slowness and being still to receive. They are very agile tree climbers giving them the unique ability as a totem to tap into higher knowledge and teach us soul development. They teach us balance and finding that center that learns to integrate opposites in harmony. Their black and white colors depict the energy of the Yin Yang Symbol, indicating the importance of this balance between masculine and feminine energies, East and West, and anything of duality. They also draw our attention to the need to create more balance in our immediate lives. These contrasting colors represent differences in cultures and how we can break the barriers and boundaries, realizing we are one global community. They also teach us adaptability, connection to the Plant Kingdom, and Eastern beliefs.

Pandas are also masters of being elusive, despite their bold, contrasting colors and so they point us to where we are feeling a lot of inner conflict that may be causing us to “hide” rather than allow ourselves to shine and be seen. In this way they remind us to nurture self-encouragement and cultivate soul nourishment in order to reach our fullest potentials – basically, to realize the gifts of your uniqueness and to stop hiding.

Pandas are adorable and make you just want to run up and cuddle them, however they are also very strong and not to be messed with. In this way they teach us to be mindful of making judgments and not to judge a book by the cover. There is always more than meets than eye and by taking panda’s advice of going within, you will find the heart answers you need.

As a very exotic being, panda cultivates our love for the exploration of exotic lands and appreciation of different cultures. Pandas have always been highly treasured in China and because of their history of China gifting Giant Pandas as diplomatic gifts to other countries, they represent diplomacy, peaceful relations and have also come to be ambassadors of good will and conservation.

Pandas hold many hidden treasures for us to embrace. It is clear to me why this lovely being has channeled through in painting #6. Many of us are working with these aspects of integration, balance, working through inner conflicts to find peace, revealing our authenticity with courageous vulnerability, honoring inner wisdom and realizing the importance of times to withdraw in order to reconnect, seeing things with unconditionally loving hearts, and uniting as Global Human Beings.

The Emerald Forest habitat this panda resides in symbolizes the Heart Chakra that has the ability to be the balancing integrator of opposites (between body and spirit, male and female, persona and shadow, ego and unity) and acts as an energetic “bridge” between the lower and upper chakras. It is from this place of peaceful centeredness that love emanates as divine power. As you see by panda’s wisdom, this energy is very much reflected in what it has to teach.

I’m sharing this painting, once again, during this doorway of change to see if it speaks to anyone who is working with these energies and that would like to support the rabbits in need – many of them special needs rabbits like our dear Cosmo was.

I plan to donate the full amount of any potential winning bid to Save A Bunny for Christmas, minus shipping expenses.

Unfortunately, paintings of this size are not inexpensive to have packaged and shipped safely. Packaging and shipping runs $150-200 alone. This is within the U.S. only.

So for that reason, I will be starting the bids at $150 (I’ll cover any bit of overage on my end) and then anything over $150 that might be bid, will all go to Save A Bunny.

This is an original painting – not a print – and is the last original painting I have available. It was part of my series, “Universal ARKitecture” that featured animal spirit messengers for these New Earth cocreative times.

If you feel called to this painting and helping the bunnies, please CONTACT ME with your bid/love donation.

I’ll keep the auction open through 11/20 at which time if there have been any bids, we’ll contact the new guardian with highest bid and prepare your panda partner for his forever home. I say him, as he reminds me of Cosmo with both his coloring and loving essence.

It’s SO hard to capture the colors, details, and energies of paintings in photos, as they are always so much more rich in person.

We also decided to add a few other little options that will also be added to our donations to Save A Bunny if they find their forever homes too.

These include the following three framed pieces Astrid and I just created last Friday with feathered messengers while we were making some for ourselves and the sacred space here at our home on the forest.

I’ve transformed the energy of our bedroom and just love all the new freshness flowing through!

These are 8 3/4″ x 10 3/4″ frames filled with the energy of channeled bird spirit totems that were found/gifted as naturally shed feathers.

We call them Flames of a Feather and they feature a collective of bird spirits offering their support as you walk through the sacred violet flame of transmutation.

They are each $55 and the amount over the shipping cost will all be donated to Save A Bunny as well.

The first one features the Woodpecker family – a variety of Woodpeckers including Northern Flicker with our song bird friend the Steller’s Jay joining them.

Woodpecker and Steller’s Jay Flames of a Feather – SOLD

The second features the Grouse and Pheasant family joined by our friend the female Mallard.

Grouse, Pheasant & Female Mallard Flames of a Feather – SOLD

And the last features the Macaw family of Yellow Collared and Hahn’s (Red-Shouldered) Macaws (gifted to me by a dear friend’s Macaws I got to connect with)

Macaw Flames of a Feather – SOLD

We are also going to do the same with the last two remaining Sacred Offerings.

The light plum/rosey wine colored bottles of crystalline magick can be found at the link below.

The amount over their shipping cost will also be added to our Save A Bunny Christmas donations. They are each only $33.

Thank you in advance for any and all love and support you share for our friends in rabbit bodies. They’ve saved me as much as one might say I saved some of them.

And thank you, once again, simply for being here at this fertile time on Earth and in our lives. Your friendship is invaluable and our connection, near or far, is carried in our hearts always.

Autumn of Harmony

It’s amazing to me that we’ve only been home for just under two weeks, as I feel like tons of things both happened and got accomplished in such a short period of time. Perhaps that’s a small part of why I needed extra sleep the days leading up to the Full Moon – both actual and behind-the-scenes energetic things have been rapidly taking place. The latter could also be why it felt like things caught up with me and my body indicated rest as the way to integrate it all. Included in the actual things have been several really potent, divinely orchestrated experiences/opportunities that acted as forms of transmutational diffusers and buffers I’m grateful for.

Then suddenly the Aries Full Moon zapped a lot of energy, clarity, and this extra core strength of self through me. The night before its fullest illumination, I found myself waking with energy in the night and feeling like at any moment I could get up and be just fine, whereas nights before that I was sleeping deeply through and if I woke up, I was dead set on going right back to sleep and easily slept in. And that extra powered up and refreshed feeling has continued since, with a very awake sense of things creating a stable and secure feeling amidst it all. Even the day of the Full Moon I was in a rare state in the presence of others that made it clear that this Moon’s energy really vibed well with me and that something clicked in.

The Full Moon sunset felt like a reflection of this renewal that I was feeling.

As you can see, it was so enchanting through the forest from our deck, I had to stop everything and just go out to soak it in. I loved the colors bursting in the sky and even the lake shared her joy with a little blue burst between the trees at left.

The colors and cloud presences were even more incredible in person and I imagine that over the lake the view would have been quite sweeping. I love sunsets through the trees, as there’s a sense of mystery and beckoning that comes through. The day of the Full Moon felt like walking through a new door of experience I’ve sensed coming, but now felt flowing through me very tangibly. It was like waking after a deep integrative sleep. This Full Moon really flipped a switch and made me curious if others felt changes in the days leading up and through it?

Regardless of the why’s behind any of it, being home and the alpine environment feel very nurturing.

And while I’ve been getting a lot done since being home – the things I’ve been doing are part of the ways in which I nourish myself, which include simply being in the energy and surroundings I love.

Nourishment has been a constant, reiterating theme that asks for attention, which is why I wrote about it again last week on my Instagram feed and this is the gist of what I shared:

Feeding my body, heart, mind, and soul is a necessity, as vital as breathing, to give to myself as consistently as possible so that my well is full to continue giving out in the ways I desire. It doesn’t have to take a lot of time and the ways in which to do this can even be free. Usually, I find that a core, limiting factor to being able to freely nourish ourselves stems from a conditioning around abundance – which is the balanced scale of giving AND receiving. I know that I’ve had to shift inner dialogue around receiving and archetypes of victim or martyr that became accepted ways of living – and this feels prevalent in the collective as well. Healthy, loving boundaries also play a part in this, to cultivate for the highest good.

The latter, for me, has been around saying “no” more often and recognizing and releasing that which is not mine, nor taking on anymore of what is not mine or something that I don’t want part of. It’s also included letting go more and more, not micro-managing, and compassionately holding space so others can move through their own journeys freely while I release allowing others to define my experience in any way. These also feel like key themes circulating through the collective web.

Anyway, I won’t repeat my long list of ways I nourish myself, but I will expound upon a few of them that have kept me busy, recently, in really core ways that helped my body get the good nurturing and rest it wanted. And if you’ve been feeling the itch to find your own sense of peace and grounding amidst the whirlwinds out there, perhaps these may spark ideas for you to explore in your own way.

These include: time in and with nature, outdoor exercise, gardening, feet and hands in the dirt, sand, and water, sunshine on my skin, listening to the messengers within the elements around me, and creating balance daily.

And by the way, these things I just mentioned that nourish me, also help me as a sensitive to maintain my personal equilibrium and know my frequency zone outside of the energies that are flying through the airwaves.

We’ve been able to get back out on the mountain, in the forests, and on the beach – yes, it’s still amazing beach weather here in the alpine world.

Temperatures right now are perfection, the light is incredible, and the onset of changing colors and golden glows sweeping across the land would warm anyone’s heart.

I’ve so been enjoying immersing back on familiar trails, exploring some new ones, and dipping my toes in the crystalline water on crystal-laced sand.

The sunshine is still cultivating tanned skin and blushing cheeks, while the plants and animals are making me feel like a super spoiled faery showered in all my heart delights that support my recreative momentum.

Speaking of plants and animals, some incredible messengers welcomed us back home and my garden received a new seeding and recreation of its own.

Just a few days after our return, we encountered one of the most rare animals and experiences up here in the mountains yet. We were out hiking with a couple of friends and came across not one, but three full grown porcupines out in the day. I’ve only seen two other porcupines before – one on our rv trip during a hike and one dead on the side of the road near our post office here about a year ago. To see one is pretty amazing, but three!?

I couldn’t get all three in one photo together, as the third one was high up already in a tree off to the left, but these two were climbing up the same tree together.

Porcupines are primarily nocturnal and rest during most of the day, but these three were out and about foraging, as they were making their way between, and climbing, the trees. Porcupines are solitary by nature, but may den with others during winter. They are known to spend a lot of time resting and feeding in trees, but to actually see them and three together, was highly unusual and quite fortuitous. I felt a lot of depth to why we were seeing them, including what the season ahead may hold.

They reminded me of a cross between little bear cubs and sloths, with quills. They are very slow moving up the trees and we all sat still in awe, watching and listening to their long claws clanking along the bark as they pulled themselves up the trees. I was completely fascinated and immersed in their energy – loving every moment with these sweet beings.

It’s no surprise their energy is so wonder-filled and childlike, as part of the messaging they impart. The hope, curiosity, joy, and playfulness they foster is supportive in times of grief, pain, turbulent emotions, and even depression, which have been a big part of energy streams the collective has been riding. Porcupines also assist in communication with the spirit realms and invoke innocence, strength, vitality, love, and protection. I loved reading about the zen awareness they carry and agree – they are always calm, but alert and there’s a sense of them as great protectors or warriors for the innocent. I like to think of them as the empowered inner child.

A couple of years ago I found a tuft of shed porcupine fur with quills on one of our hikes, which I’ve cherished ever since. I also loved reading how the quills are known to represent the generations of ancestors and their wisdom, with each quill being a representation of a family ancestor. For this reason porcupines are messengers of the ancient ancestor’s way of life and the knowledge of harmoniously living with the land and animals. Respect and reverence is a core teaching of porcupine wisdom.

You may recall that that I created a painting – The Child In Us – that featured porcupine animal spirit. It recently found its forever loving home where I’m happy to know it’s been cherished and supporting big transformations for its copartner. That painting was part of a collection of animal messengers to support the new energies of these times and of which, curiously, only Gem of the Emerald Forest (panda) remains.

Porcupine was the first of several more welcome-home messengers to come. The next was tree frog who greeted me while I was repositioning all of our potted plants back on the deck, resecuring their driplines, and cutting/pruning away seasonal transitions.

He was hanging out in one of the pots – apparently making this area his home all Summer – and jumped out as I moved it. “Well hello!” I said. I was so happy to see him and he let me stroke his back gently. Eventually I helped him back up after getting all the plants secured. I’m happy to know he’s become their guardian.

Wildly synchronous, but true – back in 2016 frog showed up for me at the Aries Full Moon of that October! I found this blog post I shared about it and the energy rings true for the now so much too:

Frog & Moon Magick

I took a lot away from that post that echoed things in my life currently.

And then it was garter snake – twice – appearing. We’d seen SO many on our two month away adventure on the coast and the snake energy continued here at home. First a larger one slithered across our path while we hiked a new trail with a friend. You can see her here in the Autumn colors covering the ground.

The second one appeared in my garden – a smaller one about 10-12 inches long – while I was out planting seeds. She hung out for a bit while I talked to her. I love that we have so many snakes in our yard and garden, as I’ve seen quite a few garter snakes and a beautiful rubber boa that call it home. Transformational energy abound!

Then, just yesterday while hiking with Dave we encountered three different messengers on a hike from our house that included four animals. I suggested this trail, feeling it was easy to do without driving anywhere and different, as it takes us more south and onto Heavenly Mountain. When we were close to our end point Dave saw something moving and thought it was another porcupine, but as we stopped and looked closely, we saw it was in fact a baby bear climbing a tree this time. He was already half way up and was continuing to pull himself higher – seemingly on a mission.

We don’t see bears climbing that much (last time I remember was up in Waterton Lakes National Park when we saw two grizzly bear cubs playing in a tree with momma bear watching), nor this high up the tree, so we were glued to watching him and fascinated at how such a large and heavy creature could do such a feat. We then knew right away where baby is, momma’s not far. So, we were on alert so as not to have momma feel threatened. Luckily we have black bears here instead of the brown/grizzly bears, and they are mild tempered and usually more scared of humans than we are of them. Yet, a mom is a mom and we’re very respectful of boundaries. We then spotted mom straight ahead on the trail. She seemed to be focused on foraging or something and while she noticed us, she was very calm and not threatened. I saw that there was a path down below and told Dave we should make our way down to it and then could go around her. So, we proceeded to do that and when we were far enough down we turned to watch momma pass.

She came straight down the trail we had been on and was slowly making her way to baby bear, but we both noticed immediately that she was injured. Her gait was slowed and she was limping quite a bit. It appeared that one of her back legs was the site of some injury or pain. Perhaps this lent to her more solemn mood. She knew we were there and looked at us, but continued on her way, limping as she went.

We were both heart-broken and of course I flashed to all the injured, dying and dead animals we encountered on our trip and now here was momma bear.

I sent some healing energy, but focused even more on it once we arrived at our destination and sat for a moment. I continued as we got up to make our return and increased my channel to her. And right then Dave points and we both see a Swainson’s Hawk coming directly at us. She was flying so low and just soaring silently with wings spread out so we could see her feather markings and coloring fully. I said hawk. Dave thought perhaps peregrine falcon. But, to me, she didn’t have the coloring and markings nor the size. This bird of prey was larger and because the feathers were so clear to me, I was able to later look her up and learned what type of hawk she was.

This felt like a deliberate fly-by taking place as I was sending healing energy to momma bear and protection around her and baby bear. Hawks have always been guardians and messengers of confirmations and support – especially for my bunnies when I have taken them to vet appointments where something was going on with them, and when I’ve taken them home from adoption, as well as on travels. They also have done similar for things and people in my life when I’ve been focusing energy toward an intention or support around them. I took her presence as a sign my message had been received and that momma bear would be watched over and protected.

Interestingly, these were some of the potent things that were surrounding the area where we came upon momma and baby bear.

On our way home we then saw this wild rabbit.

He didn’t move an inch the whole time we walked by, stopped, and I talked to him. Dave even thought he was a garden statue at first. I assured him that the bunny was quite alive and real. Dave then went on to call him “quite the guard rabbit”. This dear one was a continued messenger of my rabbit kin now in cosmic form, watching over momma bear.

And simultaneously all of these three different animal spirit guides shared their own messages with me outside of the web of support around momma bear.

When we got home Dave called the Bear League to inquire and let them know about her. They told him that they see this a lot and that momma bear will probably make it and there’s nothing they can do. So, I trust in our team sending energy and protection and feel like she’ll heal and be able to care for baby bear until he’s ready to be on his own. I know a momma’s heart and there’s nothing so strong as that bond and especially momma bear’s determination.

So many things I continually learn and experience profoundly through the animal world and nature realm, including the treasures I find.

It’s nonstop and for me, it all helps me to understand and work through so much of the collective energies and my own thread of that.

Transformational indeed and that energy is reaching through every part of me, as I feel it rewiring every layer within. From ideas, beliefs, and feelings to goals, trajectories, and lessening involvement in ways that seemed important at one time and now no longer are. I definitely haven’t landed at any destination, but continue soaring through evolving energy streams as I creatively stretch myself a little bit more.

And that creative transformation has also stretched its reach to our garden and yard, as part of the things that have kept me busy upon return has included Autumn seeding and planting galore.

I planted nearly 200 bulbs that included 11 varieties of daffodil, tulip, hyacinth, iris, and crocus. Then, after that, I got three bags full of wildflower seeds into the Earth which included two variety bags and one bag of just lupine varieties.

Dave and I also added to our zen yard that we did ourselves, keeping with the natural vibe, but with a little creative vision.

Before we left for two months, we gathered wood pieces from the cut down trees at this one particular location where these gorgeous half rings were plentiful. The wedge cut of the wood, along with the bark creating a ray effect, really spoke to us as a beautiful way to repurpose the cut down trees. To us, they double as mini mountains and when put together, create mountain range displays. They also look like rising suns or have a temple effect.

Anyway, we created four displays that we hand dug leveled areas for and filled in, so that our yard has a naturescape that speaks to our hearts and conveys our love of Nature.

We also have three new Aspen babies – well they’re more like teenagers, as they’re 15-18 feet tall – that are becoming part of our forest family. We, unfortunately lost three trees we planted when we first moved in, as we discovered that their root system never grew properly. We’re not sure if it had something to do with how they were put in, or the soil there, or if the couple of Winters at the start that pummeled them hard – one actually broke at the top. In any event, we sadly had to say goodbye to them. Yet, all endings are beginnings, and so our Aspen trees are taking over the new cycle that is starting.

This is them when they first arrived.

Their home is down further on the side of the house, but you can see how lovely they are already. Two are already in and the third will be done today. Where they first were dropped off is an area where we let our grass go on our side yard, but again, one ending is a beginning. Where we don’t water anymore and the grass went back to the natural terrain, we have a dozen or more baby Aspens all growing – you can see them here in the front of the new potted trees awaiting planting.

I believe they seeded themselves from two trees our neighbor has and so in the years to come we may have quite a lovely Aspen forest all along the right side of the house.

I really love Aspens and they do so well in this area. I always feel nourished when walking through the forest lined with them. Don’t they just make you feel good?

While we were away, the same people who removed our trees and planted our Aspens, as well as did quite a few home projects for us, built our new pergola.

We returned home to a beautiful new deck that looked like it always was meant to be this way. Due to all the fire prevention tree cutting and continued cutting on the way that removed some of our natural canopy, our pergola offers us just the right amount of shade during certain seasons while letting the perfect amount of sunshine through during others. It also helps the plants there to get a little break from the full-on sun they get all day, so it’s all-around supportive.

And right now, the garden and yard are still enjoying this beautiful weather. I have a few things continuing to bloom and grow, and others saying their goodnights early.

But overall, I just LOVE the light at this time of year and how everything just glows golden.

And while all of that is going on outside, inside the jars of dried herbs are growing – a favorite thing I do at this time of year. I had a lot drying while we were away, as I had the foresight to harvest before our trip because I felt I’d miss out on a lot if not. And I was right!

I’m also enjoying some new lavender sprigs in the kitchen along with our gnome family that are adding to the Autumn warmth.

We also discovered that our favorite wild comfrey plants we thought had disappeared along the creek we walk to from our house, returned in full force in two new, but close locations thanks to the beavers creating a wonderful ecosystem. We harvested four large leaves that Dave carried home for us as wings, and that I dried and blended to keep for use when needed. I’m looking forward to my own comfrey plants really flourishing.

I’m happy that they’re doing well so far since I planted tiny starters before our time away. I wasn’t sure if they’d take, but they are! They reside in one of my favorite little areas with my flourishing lamb’s ear plants, elderberry bush, other berry plants, mock orange bush, and some wildflowers on the way.

I also found this sweet glass ball vase that I knew was the perfect holder for the amazing agates I found on our trip. Look at how they love the light!

I wanted so much for them to be able to be seen, felt, and a part of our daily life, so after intentionally filling the vase, it now rests at the center of our living room next to another glass vase I have filled with Tahoe raw quartz varieties and other amazing stones from this area and other hiking adventures.

Astrid loves it, as she spends a lot of time in the living room at night when we’re asleep. It’s a favorite spot for her to tune into the outdoor and sky energies, as well as feel the Moon’s light streaming through to her. She also loves family time in the mornings and evenings there. So the stones and crystals anchor energies for us all.

And speaking of Astrid, she’s doing amazing, as are the kitty babies – Sweet Pea and Boojum. They’re all super happy to be home and although love being with us where ever we are…their heart home is here.

Astrid is especially fond of her new forest friends rug that awaited her return and to nourish her soul after some of her own transformational shifts she went through.

There’s so much I could continue to share and yet these feel like the highlights that may offer some collective tie-ins one can draw upon, while also being the right amount of give, while I also keep a little to myself to receive. I share quite a bit, but there are some things that I’m guided to simply bring through energetically rather than speak about. Increasingly, example is the guiding force in my life and is also how I’m touched most by others, so finding ways to share via my experience is what moves me most.

I’m really enjoying this season right now and grateful to all the endings lending their cycles to beginnings in the micro of my life and the macro to which that is a piece of.

I’m calling this the Autumn of harmony, as much of my focuses feel to be building such a strong balance of that in my life with a blend of clarity and flow being the partners in my days and through the things I am called to work on. As I recently shared on my Instagram page, there’s such crispness in the air and yet the onset of changing colors is so fluid. We, too, can experience life with both clarity and flow, having vision of what we’d like to create, while being mutable to the twists and turns so that we stay in alignment with the shifting energies.

I’m getting more revved up as October days move through, as I have so much of my life mirroring those endings that are simultaneous beginnings. The projects that are in my life are extensions of my heart beats and that means they ARE life and breath to me. What a gift!

I am a dreamweaver dancing, singing, musing with the record keepers of the forests.

I tune in and I tone, shaping the frequencies to form realities reflecting the beats of my heart.

How often do you listen and breathe in the brilliance that inhabits every molecule of consciousness within and around you?

There is potential in every breath and creative potency in every fiber.

The forests awaken memories of a past and future you that is threaded into the now.

Nature really is a wondrous friend, guide, and mirror to support accessing your expansive potentials.

Autumn Offerings Plus Ways to Empower Your Inner Light

On a side, fun note, I have a couple of offerings currently and upcoming to share. The first is something I’ve had for a bit, but just hadn’t posted about here. Because I continue to receive a lot of questions about where I get my clothing, I decided to post the link to my page on Poshmark where I offer discounted, quality, eco/artisan clothing. Poshmark is an online marketplace where people can buy and sell new and secondhand everything. I have a small closet there I’ve created that features several of my favorite designers. It’s a place where you can make offers, as well as feel free to ask questions directly in the comment sections under the listings.

I donate a LOT of things when I am refreshing my closet and redecorating, but many of my items are in such perfect condition and of beautiful, quality materials and uniqueness that I’ve started sharing them there – so it’s opportunity to bring home some special items at discount. I love supporting women entrepreneurs who are artisans on every front and the clothing offered is what’s known as slow fashion, which is sustainable, ethical, made by hand, and using natural fibers (much of which is organic) and recycled materials, and ecodyeing processes from plant sources. They are also created in small batches and each is unique – sometimes being the only piece ever made and sometimes just one of a small grouping made and could even be a discontinued design.

Anyway, if you’re curious or looking for some unique pieces to your wardrobe I have a variety of seasonal items currently available and will be/am continuing to update it as I have time. So, you can check in later too. Sizes will vary from xs – large, as each piece fits differently and is very versatile, or may be One Size like some of the cardigans. If there’s something you liked that sold, I may have more similar items coming. I have quite a few things to still list, including unique shoes and other items. The “Not for Sale” items are sold as well, but happened in process of posting them, as I made them available to someone before listing and they released them due to timing, but then came back for them.

Here’s the direct link for anyone potentially interested in a new splash to your wardrobe energy and I’ll likely put a separate page up on this website with the link so that it’s easy to find over time as well:

My Closet

The other fun will take place on Thursday 10/20/2022.

I’ve been holding onto a small group of crystals that I was waiting to make available at the right timing – I got extras of these crystals when I got some for myself because I felt they would speak to some of you. Perhaps between being busy and also loving them so much, added to the delay on releasing them. 🙂 These will finally be released on the date mentioned above. I’ll be adding them to the page I create for the closet link and may also announce it on that day as well, but you can also just check on this website on that day to explore the offerings.

During a time when the light out there is decreasing and redirecting us to the source within, some of you may find these of support:

If you’ve felt a call to bring Reiki into your life, I’ve made it easy to receive your full training via online video modules. I’ve been getting a lot of inquiries about this too lately, so I think the collective energies are amplifying personal transformation for people. The link to the training and info can be found here:

Reiki Certification Training

I was recently talking about how Reiki has supported me so much during one of our Meditation and Mindfulness Meetups in being able to regulate my energy, create protective boundaries, and support empowered cocreation in my life – so much more so these days being an invaluable blessing to me amidst the world scene and overall, as a native, boundless Pisces. This was part of a discussion we had where people shared how challenged they are being sensitives and empaths.

If anyone’s interested in adding to their daily support system for integrating Reiki into your life there’s also an online workshop I offer here, along with one on Transcending Duality:

Spreading My Wings in the Field of Potentials

And so like that I turn over a new pair of wings.

How many of you feel life is becoming a whole new world of potential that you previously had not imagined it could become?

While there’s definitely the intensities and frustrations circling about, there’s never just one experience playing out at any given time since one form gives rise to another. Contrasts live together and from these spring a well of possibility beyond both.

Collectively we’re all sharing a transformational experience and this may look different for how it weaves for each of us and what frequencies we choose to play out. Especially since our creative expressions are unique and at this point, more than ever, are the ticket to unexplored realms where we have yet to experience.

All I know is that the fresh terrain feels inviting and liberating because it’s where the tethers have dropped, making it easier to fly to new adventures without being weighed down. Hence, creativity becomes more fluid and we realize its vital role even more.

It’s an invitation to bring all of our parts with us, but to do so by sharing a new relationship to them and supporting an evolution rather than eradication. In this way threading together strengths, nurturing new ones, and transmuting the rest to blend the aligned alchemy for a refreshed and equally more fluid embodiment mirroring the ocean of creativity.

Some key shifts that come to mind in my personal experience, but may speak to what others are moving through as well, include:

  • A new experiential immersion, like an identity shift or frequency activation that draws from the larger well of multi-dimensionality
  • Having new dreams – both as experiences in dream life and in terms of magnetization and passions
  • Reckoning relationship imbalances – letting BE those not reciprocal or reflective of the vibration I am moving into with least resistance possible at any given moment
  • Extra unconditional detaching, observing, listening, and receiving
  • Releasing of past feelings in regard to responsibilities, roles, and sacrifices, as well as accepted definitions, collective belief systems and judgments
  • Giving AND NOT FORGETTING receiving, as the marriage of both EQUALS ABUNDANCE in the field of All That Is that we are
  • Now enhancements (some may call upgrades) taking place sooner than later, placing implementation at the forefront because they’re connected to liberation

And I’m sure I could have the list go on.

I share these to put some context to things if you were feeling similar.

Something I had no idea how it would ever come to be, is emerging….and other things I hadn’t yet in my soul history experienced full circle during one cycle, are in motion of coming to fruition.

It’s no surprise that on the New Moon great blue heron appeared, underscoring much of this and also pointing to the immediate journey ahead of the next two months.

We saw him on a hike where many ducks and geese are always prevalent…but not on this day. Not one of these other avian friends were there. Just the lone great blue heron. We rarely see heron up here and the last one at this lake was a few years ago. Mostly I see them down in the valley.

Just before our journey, I was feeling an initiation take place – that’s the only thing I can describe it as. I could feel myself in between worlds and not wanting to speak much. I was also in a high state of observation like I’d just landed from another planet and was curiously watching with a different layer of myself.

But of course I continue to find many messenger gifts, as you can see in the following photos, all culminating around the New Moon as well. I’ve mentioned before that for me, Nature’s messengers are the way that Cosmic messages are streaming through these days.

Steller’s Jay is speaking quite loudly, hawk including red tailed hawk, Northern Flicker (woodpecker), Western Tanager (songbird) and then the wild find of what appears to be part of a deer’s jaw with molars in tact.

The timing of the latter was uncanny and deeply telling, as teeth speak to the root and interconnected influences of things. They are a gateway to deeply transformative inner work and spiritual development that reveal the complexity of emotional energy that we’ve been holding onto in distorted and suppressed ways. Teeth are part of a structure system and alert us where changes in our life are becoming necessary to our well being.

I also found this incredibly tiny, but ever-so magickal little rainbow infused raw citrine on the beach – so telling of the creative potentials we may overlook and the gifts that go unnoticed all around us.

After our first day of travels, I had to come back to add the potent sightings along the way of transitioned animals by roadside that included some unusual ones – bobcat, two foxes, and again raccoon were among these. And in fact, upon touchdown I opened the car door to get Astrid out and a Steller’s Jay feather was right at my feet and then we had a raccoon visitor hanging out on the side of our cabin while we sat outside to unwind from the road trip.

To say that the interweavings of late have been rich is an understatement, but they are being made possible by our willingness and readiness to consciously coweave the connections and dive deeper into the creative vortex.

We are artisans of vibration creating a frequency elixir for a new way of being. A theme I keep reiterating because the depth can’t be expressed enough for its inviting implications.

And speaking of artisans…I was ecstatic to find this naturally carved piece of wood on one of our hikes recently to a new vista point.

I have several creative side projects upcoming in Autumn, but this is definitely one of them.

Can you guess what this piece of wood has spoken to me about its energy signature I will assist it into being?

I was floored when I received the message so clearly and how it points to the renewed opening of my path.

Moment upon moment it’s wild how much is coming to light for us all and how much we are tapping into one another in seamless ways – once again. I can’t tell you how many stories of synchronicity happen with people I know to the “t”.

The wisdom is embodied within everything around us and especially made clear through Nature as divine messenger of our Cosmic origins and sacred depth of layered connection and harmonic brilliance.

A recent reflection I captured one evening spoke to this explosion of life on nature’s canvas in the flow of a cosmic sunset birthing over Lake Tahoe.

This display felt like a reflection of my inner landscape, but also of the collective pool’s ability to paint new expressions of art over and over.

The dramatic bursts of color over the lake on one side of the sky and very soft cotton candy pink puffs rising from the mountain tops on the other side spoke to beauty in all expressions, unlimited potential, and ability for contrasts to live as One.

Recent outdoor immersions have been filled with incredible beauty. I find it fascinating that this year is drenched in ever-more enchantment and abundant surprises, alongside the contrasts in the world and even in contrast to what was experienced with the dramatic fire season of last year…and yet they live as One and speak to perpetual, creative renewal inherent within.

Take a look at the following landscapes where hope blooms and imagination graces each step with whispers of memories you might miss if you tread too loud.

Lush faery realms draw me in, as my heart flutters with delight. The ground is filled with cotton clouds that turn the world upside down, or perhaps right side up. One can feel themselves take flight into the green sky fields lining the creek. No matter what the world throws at me, I am content with unwrapping the quiet wonders that don’t need bells and whistles to earn my attention.

I am content immersing in Nature’s nurturing – filling my body with nourishment for thriving and my spirit with frequencies of essence.

Yellow bursts of mmmmmeadows infuse sunshiny vitality as golden streams of invigoration through my veins.

Lilac fields of lupine dreams and iris potentials are where my spirit finds harmonic resonance.

Their auric fields and fragrant alchemy are welcome friends, as I explore the opening of new neuron pathways and stretch into what’s possible.

Each year there’s a place where the wild irises grow that is a favorite enchanted realm of mine.

You must hit the timing just right to catch them in their glory, as the opening is so brief. This window shifts by weeks and days and we’ve caught it in several points of the process.

This year, alignment was perfection in my day of choosing to journey there.

And I fully saturated my entire being with it.

This kind of in-tune interfacing is becoming the more prevalent norm.

And the reflections are connecting us heart-to-heart.

Astrid continues to experience her own shade of lilac interfacing in deepening violet hues of amethyst inspiration.

See how she lovingly cradles her amethyst friend with her entire body, heart and soul.

I love her little silver tipped paws atop the royal amethyst points…receiving and giving…creating and weaving…together.

So much is taking place within the very fabric of our being.

And together with our little family, we are taking our current promptings on an adventure that was put into motion last year, but happens to align in supporting Orca’s call and the recalibrating of necessary ingredients to walk forth with.

As you read this, we are traveling and settling in, so our next touch-in will be from a different vibrational space we were called to.

I’m grateful that before departing, my garden gifted me a hint of new blossoms I was awaiting (and perhaps hints of what’s opening in my life) – knowing I would be sad to miss them in all their glory and also happy to add their frequencies to the igniting of new. I feel they reflect what’s unfurling within.

This included my first red and yellow lilies of the season, alongside a few more of my smaller daylilies, my first pansies and hollyhocks, and a lot of delphinium floating in the air like little blue stars. .

Loving the colors of red, yellow, purple, and blue that stand out in frequency.

I was also excited to see my very first Lamb’s Ear flower just begin to bloom before we left and of course I harvested my Garden Tower for Astrid’s breakfasts while traveling, along with lavender, rose petals and other beauties that will be drying for our return to use in baking and more.

I left half of the lavender because the bumble bees have been loving on them, as well as the hummingbirds who keep frequenting the garden along with the rest of the pollinators to sip from all of the blossoms.

Astrid and I got the message to move our “Hope” and “Dream” mushrooms from our Wonderland room (right before leaving) into the garden to plant these energies where abundance grows.

We already had a “Grow” mushroom in the rock garden, so adding these two behind the faery and rabbit that mirror Astrid and me, felt aligned in connecting our vibrations and journey as an interlacing with the garden of life, no matter where we are.

I was able to put to closure everything I wanted to before heading out for this little away time, and plan not to immerse in the same ways of the past upon returning. I’m even recoding my “pasts” through some soul explorations along with new daily rituals and commitments I’ll be incorporating into my life in order to navigate by a new vibrational map.

I thought it was quite a send off to have a dream the night before we left about my having five little baby birds that seemed similar to parakeets that kept releasing themselves from some cage someone had put them in. I went to round them up, much like the little Robin in our garage, to make sure they were safe since they were still young and vulnerable. They were exuberant with curiosity to explore the world and very ingenious to outwit the cage. I was able to gently pick them all up, but one of them flew right into my mouth, preferring it there to my hand and feeling safe to sit cradled in it. Potent stuff indeed!

And while dream life often includes nature messengers, along with Astrid in two recent dreams, waking life continues like a dream I’m dreaming alive in my garden and on every adventure excursion.

This book gnome with rabbit and hedgehog friend were the last new additions to the garden here that face our room.

Their presence is especially meaningful as an immersion into weaving and rewriting a new story – one that knows no boundaries between realms and species, heart and mind, body and spirit.

I love imagining that they’re in process of reading what that story is and my imagination is the storyteller unfolding the words, moment by moment for them.

Day into night and night into day.

We write and weave and weave and write.

We are all creative storytellers doing much the same with the fabric of consciousness in the field of potentials.

Becoming Nature ~ Messages Woven Through an Interweaving of Daily Short Stories

Days are increasingly full and uncannily revealing. There are so many themes that keep circulating through, it’s hard to keep writing posts about it all, so instead I mostly write as spirit guides me and that is usually through a weaving of photos and reflections in summarization of recent experiences and things personally gleaned. In this way, each individual – you – can pull from it all in the way that speaks to you, just as I’m simply sharing what is speaking to, and through, me. Now and then, I do interlace some of the messages that channel through and some of the observations I experience. Today’s share includes a little of that combined with kind of a journal entry of interweaving stories that took place for me. Since I write less often, blogs tend to be longer when I do.

One of the things I will share more specifically is how I continue to experience – and hear of others experiencing similar – a pulling back while shining brighter.

What does that mean?

Well simply put, as collective energies unravel, I’m both experiencing for myself AND observing in others how we’re finding the rearranging as a marker for being able to, and needing to, step back while a morphing takes place and fuller, more expansive embodiment roots. Rather than persisting in roles of the ages, the role now takes form of being (one of the themes continued from my last blog post), no matter what one is doing…and in fact what one is doing may solely reflect being, or reflect something very different because of old contracts being released. This being is a being like no other we’ve done or known…and that is both the exciting and scary part, depending on you.

The key may be to recognize this invitation of release when it comes your way if you aren’t interested in perpetuating restrictive roles you’ve outgrown. This then frees the space for others who are now capable of and ready to expand into them, because for these people these spaces are their expansive invitation.

It feels to no longer be about searching out how to show up, as many of us may have spent years trying to figure out, but simply showing up and being okay with that no longer looking the same as it always has.

I am hearing this a lot from others – how doors are opening to huge transformation into a new and freeing form of being, yet they are for some reason finding themselves desperately clinging to the discomfort of the old and even keeping their power suppressed through conditioned narratives that perpetuate victim or sacrifice energy. And they share not understanding why or how this could be and in some cases, have relinquished desire to try because it feels too hard and there’s no evidence of where it’s headed. Instead, finding comfort in New Age narratives that are affirming to their story of resignation.

From my perspective, this is all more than okay, no matter the path taken, as divine perfection is in every experience and the emotional ocean is simply waves of human feelings being experienced. It only becomes not okay if you desire something more. Only you can decide if, when, and how.

I’ll likely share more around this theme for myself another time, but wanted to put this out there in case it speaks to you. For now, I’ll just say that I’ve been reflecting a lot the last two months since returning from being reborn in Playa del Carmen and this deep reset continues to rearrange things in my life. This is all only now starting to clarify into vision and align in terms of pieces coming together.

It wiped the slate clean and evoked a stronger embodiment that I not only can feel, but can hear in the resonance and strength of my voice and experience as an increase in personal knowing and trust.

I feel this time of great shift very deeply (to my sacrum – sacred bone) that is in motion collectively. This will look very different for each of our individual journeys, as well as our Earth Mother’s, although seamlessly connected.

I continue to feel that the energy waves we’re riding these days are inviting great potential, despite the stories being offered.

Listen within, anchor peace, bring more presence and curiosity, and don’t be afraid to write your own story from the heart of the child within – these are messages that spiral through me time and again.

Just the day before the Capricorn Full “Buck” Supermoon of the 13th illuminated rooted expansion, my tailbone and sacrum experienced an activation of energy pulsing through in a short, throbbing wave of recalibration. I usually only get this when there’s a major shift taking place and it just so happens that the energy of this Full Moon had focuses on the root and tailbone.

Regardless of studying, analyzing, or understanding how all the dots connect, things we experience are always divinely aligned. For now, continuing to have sounding boards and confirmations are a way to trusting ourselves once again. There will come a point, however, when we will be our own springboard. Perhaps you, like myself, are already experiencing that.

I see worldwide changes as an uprooting from illusory stability the collective may have thought they had and the comfortability they learned to live with, out of familiarity rather than choice and out of conditioning rather than creating. I also feel it’s all been a way to know ourselves – to know All That Is through the individual experience and a way to contribute our creative power to building bridges for journeying to innovative horizons never yet explored.

We’ve all just become bored with the game and therefore frustration is tearing things down in the desire and revelation of wanting and knowing there must be more. The duality dance has been its own version of a psychedelic drug diverting away from authentic empowerment and transcendent expansion. Struggles arise from a fear of disempowerment, yet this is the maya of withdrawals on our way to authentic creative power. Vision isn’t available since innovation is spontaneous. We will see it when we both believe and become it.

No matter any chaotic upheaval, as Mother Earth has always proven, things do correct and rebalance, as well as reveal the new seeds yearning to rise from the ashes.

These are but tiny glimpses and observations that stream through me, while through it all I am weaving my own thread of the collective creative journey in what I will say feels like a very smooth transition considering the changes be adapted to – likely because of this next piece I’m about to share.

Part of what I’m experiencing is not only an increase in that pulling back that I started off this post with, which has landed me in increased nature and extra quiet time, but I am feeling myself become nature and the majority of my interactions and focus are with the animals, plants, minerals, and elementals.

I found this crown that encircled the size of my own perfectly and mirrored the Buck Moon to me.

You can see the shape of it more clearly here.

Right before the crown appeared, Dave and I found a private nook off trail and felt like the honorary Queen and King of the forest when we were invited to sit on this amazing stone throne under the tree canopy.

You can see how perfect it is here.

Nature is the epitome of adaptability, so I’m grateful for her tutelage. She also always knows just what we need and just who we are.

And this immersion is not just about caring for my garden and yard or immersing in outdoor physical activities, but is really about what’s unfolding between nature and myself in terms of actual relationships, support systems, interactive experiences, deep conversations, shared guidance roles and role shifts transferring a majority of my calling/work to and with beings not in human bodies, and what feel to be daily indigenous and ancient vision quests where the innate within the multi-dimensional me is expanding and accessing more true Source power. Not a new thing in terms of my soul lineage, but it’s taken on precedence in the now as the incubation channel for evolving into something altogether different. So my quiet time is in fact a deepening into the language of telepathy during these experiences where words aren’t necessary, and in fact limiting.

That’s the best I can describe this and all I want to share about it at this time.

It’s no surprise then, why so many new, incredible crystal beings surround me after such a long period of very few. I’m no stranger to clearing the slate and rebuilding from the ground up, over and over.

This surge was indeed a deep reflection of the inner calling reset that I answered and then divine alignment had very particular crystal being frequencies come a-knocking. They have come in to not only nurture and create the new environment I knew I needed for this (and reflects more resonance with my essence), but also to assist the visionary creation ahead through the channeling of key codes to help access the knowing within.

Not only is my and Astrid’s room, as well as our meditative/channeling space, gridded with powerful crystal beings, but the path out from our room into the garden is lined in crystal being frequencies so as to bridge the nature within and without, and open the gateway for communications and interdimensional journeying.

These crystal beings have come to me via several divinely aligned channels, with many from my magickal friend Lisa Davis of The Lemurian Rose (I mentioned her in my last post as having shared a quote that resonated deeply). Lisa is a remarkable soul, kindred faery and cosmic spirit, amazing crystal healer and teacher, midwife and rebirther of her loves – Lemurians, and so much more. In fact, crystals are what brought us together, as several of my blog articles on them, Lemurians, and starbraries were the energetic threads that the crystal beings used as a bridge for our reconnection, which started as guest blogs and turned into friendship.

Souls like Lisa make transitions like I’m experiencing, such sweet ease. I’m actually holding in my lap one of the newest crystals she was a heart bridge for journeying to me, as I write this blog today. I bet she can guess who that is. 😉

And of course there’s Astrid and all of the forest beings of this alpine home we live in. We’ll save more about Astrid for an upcoming post, but I do have quite a few messengers and encounters that are relevant in story-weaving since last I wrote here. The experiences are increasing so rapidly and in quantity, that sharing about them may help paint the picture of what I tried to describe above.

I also find value in writing them out for myself, as it deepens the richness and relevance of what I know organically to be happening, in an even more profound way of integrating it on all layers.

The following will be a little journaling share of events to express the unfolding depths of late. The first takes us back to July 7th and my interaction with our resident baby Robins, but first I want to back up and share how this all came to be.

As you may recall, for the last few years Robins have been nesting in the eave above our front door. This, itself, is such a gift, as birds nest where energy feels peaceful and safe. I’ve been hugely grateful for all of the old nests I find – bird, wasp, and part of bee hives.

My nest mobile has grown again, with the addition of 2 more large nests. I’m actually not sure how I keep figuring a way to add more, but with some creativity and patience, the way is woven. I love bringing nature indoors and turning it into art – this piece fills a full wall and embodies harmony, a happy home, and the mystery of sacred geometry housed in the natural world.

I’ve shared about the past generations and now I share about the current one. I followed the entire process of this year’s Robin family from the very start to the very end, where as the past years snuck up on me and I found surprises greet me at aligned intervals along the way. This year, the Robins and I were aligned throughout the full cycle.

Robins talking at the front door called me to investigate, understanding that a nest was being considered here again. I found mom and dad, for a week or two, making decisions and then evidence of trial nest building. It was agreed and the nest was crafted…mud bowl sculpture first, then added stability of twigs, dried pine needles, and leaves. Chatting continued and I respected their diligent work attitude, focusing on my own work of rebuilding new life, as they did.

Next mom went about her loving commitment to the family, in unwavering nest sitting atop her sweet blue eggs. Not a peep, not a stir, not any evidence that she didn’t want to be anywhere but there caring for her babies-to-be. Dad would visit, bringing her food and chatting about how proud he was of her. She would look at me with sacred feminine recognition and soul trust, as she heard me share my admiration through the smiles in my eyes and the words spoken heart to heart.

“I see you,” was the shared dialogue between us.

After what seemed like two weeks, mom ventured from the nest and I knew life had emerged from these perfect cosmic blue eggs. This was confirmed when I found the blue egg shells I posted in my last blog, while doing yard work out front. Following the big event, a lot of happy chattering from eager baby beaks greeted mom or dad with food they had found to help them grow strong. But otherwise, there was complete silence from the nest, just as mom and dad had instructed them to do while they were away. This ensured their safety. But when one of them reappeared, it was an exciting reuniting.

I felt the babies, although there was silence and peeked out the front door a few times to connect eye-to-eye. Tiny tips of heads caressed the top of the nest with sharp little beaks resting at the edge and small black marble eyes like the cosmos itself would look deeply into mine. “Who are you?” they would ask. Sending them love and a little “Welcome to the world from your Faery Godmother,” I would return inside quickly, not wanting them to be afraid.

Eventually, I would see more of their bodies sitting up, as they grew by the hour and day thanks to mom and dad’s restless nurturing. At first, when only their beaks would peak out, I thought perhaps there were three. It turned out later, as you’ll see, that there were only two.

And that brings us to July 7th – the day that confirmed there being only two new Robins to the world and what would unfold as my own midwifing process, which I felt had started the day mom and dad decided to build their nest.

I had been there every step of the way and the family knew this. I would talk to them when I did briefly check on how things were going, and we would share in conversations from behind the closed door too. But on this Thursday of the 7th that relationship bond we had created showed its depths.

I was doing yard work that day – lopping away juniper hedges (more on that later) – and went into the garage to get something. Suddenly I hear flapping of wings and two little Robins come flying into the garage behind me. That was the day they chose to leave the nest for the first time and I had just happened to decide to do the work myself, while Dave napped, even though it was later than usual. I felt he’d done so much of the hard stuff with the digging out front that this was something I could take on.

Well, these two little Robins who were only just spreading their wings for the first time, were now chirping away and walking across the garage floor with little flutters. I immediately told them they went the wrong way and we needed to get them outside, as their parents would be worried.

They weren’t having any of that at first, as they joyfully chirped, “Hi! I’m here. Look at me!” back and forth across to each other and to me. Eventually I was able to herd one of them toward the open garage door with loving encouragement, crouched posture, and open hands, and that one took another attempt and flew low, but long and in the right direction – outside.

But the other one was a different story. This one just looked at me deeply and didn’t understand why he couldn’t stay right there with me. The more I herded him, the more he ran to the back of the garage. And then came to perch himself on the edge of a cardboard box filled with bottles of vodka my parents had gifted Dave.

I laughed out loud about his chosen perch. I told him he needed to go join his sibling, because they’d all be worried. I could hear her crying outside to let mom and dad know where she was. But he still wasn’t interested. I went to call Dave to come see what happened, and Dave peeked in with astonishment. I told him I would get him outside, so Dave returned inside and let me have at it. At this point the little one had gotten behind more boxes so I had to coax him out and he hopped back aboard the vodka box.

I still had my gloves on from the work I was doing, so I knelt close and said, “Okay, come on, I’ll help you.” I put my gloved finger out and he climbed aboard. I stood up and walked slowly as I talked to him sweetly. To say I was overwhelmed with this bond we were cultivating even more, is an understatement.

I made it across the garage to just two feet from stepping outside when the little one, who had been holding on all of this time, made a decision. All I heard was, “Weeeeeeeeee!” And his feet released and he fluttered in a curve, semi-circling back into the garage.

“Noooooo!” I barely got out, as laughter rose within me.

I had to laugh out loud. He wanted nothing to do with going outside. He wanted inside with his Faery Godmother. I was then crawling on the ground to find him under the car and tried to usher him out. He eventually made it to the inside garage door to the house – yes further in, rather than out. I watched him flutter himself up the one step and he just looked at me. Then he threw himself again and again, fluttering at the door itself. “Let’s go in!” he said. “Open, open, open!”

Yep, he wanted inside, not outside! Again, I laughed, remembering how Strawberry the chipmunk I saved in the garage and I nurtured inside the house until his release the next day, had told the forest animals about his adventure with Astrid and the Faery. After that, animal after animal would come knocking and peering at and through the sliding glass door. They were all curious about what went on in this Faery domain.

Now, fast-forward to the present, and here was this little one trying to get in the house. Despite the cries to him from his family outside, he was set on the house this Faery who had been watching over him since birth lived in.

Again, I told him he needed to get outside to his family and I cupped my hands around him to calm his excitement down from the attempts of getting through the door. Eventually he tired and understood with reluctance, hopping on my finger once again. This time, as I made it to the entrance of the garage door, his take off was in the right direction. But he landed only a few feet away under the manzanita bush awaiting me.

I could feel his wheels turning and thinking on whether to proceed as I told him, or try once again for the inside door.

“I love you,” he said as I came closer and looked at him.

“I love you too,” I said. “You have to go join them now. I’ll be right here” – indicating both that I wasn’t leaving and that we were connected in heart.

He cocked his head with one more eye-to-eye connection and said, “Okay, here I go….watch me now.” And he took off in a low flight to the neighbor’s yard.

I was happy he was out, but missed him already. I could hear the other little one crying to the right and told this one he needed to get to mom and dad before the night to be safe. I then walked to where the other chirps had been coming from and found the other baby in a low, thick tree on our land, with mom hanging out with her. It’s mom and dad’s duty to not only make sure to show them how to fly, but to get them to higher and safer ground as quickly as possible. Mom jumped onto the ground to thank me, but was worried about the other little guy. “He’s coming,” I said. And I left them all to do what they needed to, but sent energy that they’d all be safe.

The next day on 7/8 I was outside, again at an odd time for me, to dig holes and plant stuff in the area I removed. Dave came out when I was 2/3 done and suddenly I heard the Robin family talking. I excitedly told Dave, “That’s them!” And there across the street I saw mom and both babies all together! They were on the ground following mom like a little family of quail traipsing behind one another. Now and then a baby would flutter and disperse…but the cries ensued. I told Dave, “It’s them saying, ‘I’m here, I’m here…mom, dad, I’m here!’ ” When ever they separate they call to each other with little assurances to both say where they are and let them know they’re alright.

Eventually they crossed the street back to our side where the forest is and made their way back there. Phew! I was so relieved, as I didn’t like them being by the street where they had been and I knew they needed the safety of the forest. All was well, and our bond will continue…as I know they will return as they have these past years and soon these babies will have babies of their own that I will get to support and learn from too.

New life has begun and continues on.

July 8th was a big day – not only did the Robins make it back to the forest behind our house, but I found a dead lizard and this is the day the crew arrived to begin the huge fire-prevention tree cutting.

So, I’ll back up to the juniper lopping I was doing. This was part of fire prevention that we needed to do as part of the newer strict codes here. We had a fire fighter come out to show us what was necessary and one of the things was cutting old branches on our very tall trees up to a certain height and of course away from the house, as well as cut any dead manzanita branches at the bases of the trees and break up our big juniper hedge (these were there from previous owner) on the side front yard – all of these are fire hazards, especially the junipers because they contain volatile oils that can burn easily. He said we either could fully take all of it out, or create a break in the middle. This helps any potential fires to not continue burning. So, for now, I was creating the break in the middle. Dave had taken care of the tree branches with a tree branch cutter he got, and after the manzanita I worked on the juniper hedge.

After clearing, I decided to put a few fire resistant plants – two varieties of spirea – and a rock garden there to tie in with our rock path, boulders, and rock sculptures on the large front yard. I loved the spirea since I planted nine goldenflame spirea out front, but this time to blend with the green junipers I got two Anthony Waterer spirea and one, native mountain spirea that are all a darker green with the same pink blossoms as the goldenflame. I like them so much I may do the whole area with this at some point. I dug two of the holes myself, to give Dave a break again, which was a lot of work around old roots and rocky dirt, but accomplished! And he came outside, proud of me, then offered to do the last one. This was the result:

After the planting was done and I found and transported the rocks I needed for the overall effect I wanted, I then went about burying my lizard friend I found at the start of my project. He was just laying there in perfect condition on the rock path to the side of the house next to the juniper hedge with only his eyes having dehydrated and disappeared. He looked like he had just died, as if not for his eyes, he appeared alive.

I picked him up, and like with many little animals I’ve found around our house and elsewhere, I took him to the garden where his final body’s resting place would be.

The garden has become both a sanctuary and a sacred ground where the cycles of life are all merged together as one and in more ways than one.

And as I mentioned, this was also the day the huge tree cutting began.

Nevada and our area of Nevada is very on top of things in terms of fire preventative measures, which is so needed with the continued droughts, warming trends, and fires. And while on the one hand it’s heart-aching to watch the lives of several hundred year old trees come to an end, it’s a necessary part of life as we know it now. It truly teaches one to stand in unconditionally detached observation with only peace and presence in our hearts.

This current project involved tree cutting along powerlines behind all of the houses lining the National Forest, as ours does. I knew this was coming because a guy had come out a few weeks ago to survey and mark trees and he shared a conversation with me on the plans upcoming. They had to clear any trees within a certain proximity on the side of the forest to the power line.

Eventually, they will also be doing a line about 150 feet out. And so over about 3-4 days, crews came and took all the marked trees down directly behind our house and then cut them up and made piles of branches.

Someone told us they may be helicoptering out the piles, as they can’t bring vehicles through the National Forest.

Anyway, without prolonging what likely will touch heart strings, it is like a sacred tree graveyard for now in the midst of a bustling and otherwise lively and thriving forest.

When they first took the trees down and left for the afternoon, I went out back that evening and around to each of our trees and touched them, honored, thanked them and released judgments, as life is a complicated web and also a divinely unfolding one.

I took these photos, as the energy surrounding the area was very rich and filled with presence. I feel the lighting captured, helps to convey what I was feeling.

There was something about this stump that mesmerized me in the way there was this micro world within the core of this tree that looked like an enchanted realm in between worlds.

Dave and I found two pieces they cut that we saved, as it will be a way for life to carry on through creative art.

I had a pile of tree stumps we gathered recently from the dump up the hill, as I had a vision. These pieces from our forest trees will become a part of that, as eventually I will make little faery tree tables and stools with them. I will try to see if I can find anymore. This is my way to repurpose and recreate…from the ashes we arise again.

It was definitely a couple of days of new life and beginnings, physical life endings, and full circle eternal cycles of renewal. Unity of being. Creative energy in motion of undoing and renewing.

And so my life follows suit.

But in the midst of it all, my garden and yard plants are in their most abundant and prolific creative expression yet, and are still in process of surprising new artistic expressions since there are yet so many blooms on the way.

Even since my last post, just look at all of this and the magickal glowing light that loves to dance with the faeries here.

I’m in faery heaven.

And of course, 3 new additions found their home in the garden. Another of the sweet little exuberant rabbits with butterfly atop its nose – but this time a white rabbit.

And then these two adorable gnomes and this must-have gnome and rabbit stepping stone.

I actually have one more gnome and forest friends cutie on the way, but with each addition the energy expands here.

I love that my garden mirrors the great outdoors we travel through on our daily adventures here. The wildflowers are popping everywhere and some mirroring my own at home.

This first photo is of wildflowers out in the forest.

These next ones are of the variety of wildflowers in my garden.

Here are some of the other wildflowers I’ve captured recently on hikes.

And these are a few reflective garden wildflower captures, including the wild side yard where my red elderberry is flourishing amongst her friends – lamb’s ear, other berry plants, and some new comfrey babies. As you can see delphinium, geranium, salvia, lupine, lavender, and foxglove are currently showing off their colorful and unique gowns on the garden dance floor. I’m still awaiting many more beauties like lilies, hollyhocks, and my new sunflowers to make a grand entrance. While in the background, both of my mountain rose bushes keep flourishing with crimson and dark pink blooms.

My foxglove are just going gangbusters – tall, wide, and with multiple spires of abundant blooms excited to be at the Grand Summer Ball.

Here is my little elderberry that could!

This year I opted not to focus on my Garden Tower, as we have some moving parts in our life I wasn’t sure about so I just let what ever wanted to return on its own, do its thing. This is the only thing I water by hand. I have a lot of mint, some bee balm and pineapple sage, oregano, rosemary, and wildflowers happily flourishing. I had some free seeds, so the little plants you see growing are cucumbers.

There’s nothing, to me, like alpine Summers (although I’m biased to all seasons here). I’m so grateful for our physical wellness that allows us to traverse, climb, descend, cycle, paddle, and glide through miles upon miles of beauty here through all the seasons, as there would be no other way to really see and experience it all.

Hikes the last few days have been like walking through rainbow blossom carpets. And since I don’t have photos of these incredible, pinch-me, enchanted realms, let’s just say it’s beyond words except to sing, “The hills are alive with the sound of music!”

I love bringing the wild indoors now and then with little bouquet bursts to enjoy with a cup of tea in my Secret Garden rabbit with portal mug (love the synchronicity of my tea message: Let your energy be used to build, not destroy), but mostly I just walk in awe through my garden and know this is the way to sow hope and potential in the world…as the quote I and Lisa shared goes:

“We don’t create a better world by waging war against the old one. We do it by making art and telling stories that make a new world irresistible.”

The two of us – Nature and me that is – are cocreating in the vein of these words, with so much more yet to come.

On to journal entry for July 9th – marmot crossed our path. This is an unusual sighting and on this particular hike – a favorite of ours – we never see anything but chipmunks or birds. Yet in the area the marmot ran, we actually never see any animals, as it’s on the precipice of an almost moonscape area.

I love marmot showing up, as this messenger speaks a language I deeply understand right now in every detail. And that not only did this cutie run across our path just at the precise time we were there, after two people ahead of us had already passed, but then went and sat on a rock to look straight at us…was meaningful just to us – in particular for me.

I heard him through his stare, “Big things are coming, so be ready to make your move.”

Marmots are part of the groundhog and woodchuck family. Since groundhogs announce the coming of Spring, the rare appearance of this marmot spoke to me of renewal on very deep levels (they dig elaborate tunnel systems underground). The many tunnels they build speak to the many avenues I have available in this next phase of my life.

“Creative ingenuity, resiliency, resourcefulness, and readiness are keys for the changes ahead,” he says.

Marmots also point to knowing my boundaries (oh has that been a topic recently), speaking my truth (I’m on it Mr. Marmot!), and symbolizing magick and quantum leaps in consciousness (have felt that opening via changes in process and upcoming), but it all comes through going deep into the inner worlds, meditating/chewing on things before making decisions, and doing things in a different way that can lead to quick growth and expansion (Got it, on it, ready for it). My marmot friend kept vigilant look out with curiosity and timely intention, watching for opportunity, alertness to avoid dangers, and awaiting to explore when things align just right. When one is prepared, one can take time to rest and receive inner nourishment and that’s where I’ve found myself lately.

After marmot’s helpful conversation, it was swallowtail who I had a divine appointment with next, which I’ll get to in a moment.

It is now July 10th and on this day we we went on quite an adventurous new hike all the way up to the top of the mountain, had lunch there, and rode the gondola down. I found so many amazing raw quartz, as I immersed in the ascent like a mountain goat. This was the find of the day…a very clear and gemmy quartz on only a very tiny matrix with one side that created a nearly perfect triangle.

After the hike and right before I was about to sit down and finish a nearly 4 hour project, I went out into the garden just to energetically prepare. That’s when one of the giant swallowtails that we have here decided to hang out too and we converged. As long as I remained she did, and went about pollinating all the beautiful puffs of colorful wildflowers in the garden.

Butterflies have always been extremely connected to me from the start of my more conscious journey and her dual embodiment of vulnerability/fragility and strength/resiliency was a powerful reflection of life cycles that had continually been unfolding before me in recent days. She also spoke to the parts of me in her. Hope, endurance, change, free nature, rebirth/resurrection, personal growth, inspiration, and harmonic rhythm fluttered within me with every delicate move of her dance on air’s stage.

She confidently whispered, “Get ready to break free into a glorious new expression of All That Is channeling through you. It needn’t be loud, as your soft presence will pollinate in spreading frequencies.”

I watched her for several minutes, mesmerized by her beauty, grace, and assuredness. Here is a video I captured, as I wanted to be able to return to the enchantment swirling between us. I hope you enjoy it too.

Something ignited during our time together and when I returned inside to complete my task, it was so fluid and strong in ways I hadn’t experienced until then.

July 11th hawk sent support and confirmation via this sweet little feather.

The 12th then arrived, and of course many other nature experiences took place between each encounter I’m sharing, but these are the ones that became markers for me of a symbiotic depth increasing. On this day I see two dead raccoons in succession within a few feet of each other. There was another time period a while back when dead raccoons, porcupine, and other similar night creatures were showing up.

Seeing these two spoke to me of hindrances, hidden things, and illusions coming to light and being removed. And if one raccoon wasn’t enough, the second was an exclamation point. If things have been unclear, or there’s been a masking of intentions from others, this is an ending to these. It also felt like a reiteration of Swallowtail’s message about “getting ready to break free into a glorious new personal expression,” as an end to any kind of role I may have identified with or worn as varied parts of how I’ve been showing up is echoed with these raccoons. A new, now-authentic version is mine for the choosing and creating.

Seeing a dead raccoon is symbolic of change coming and entering into a new stage of life, released from all old contracts.

This same day, just a couple of hours later we were kayaking down the river and a lovely female mallard feather floated by along with her messages of innocence, nurturing, and sacred feminine energies. I paddled over to it, grateful for yet another gift.

And this was followed by the most sightings of little momma duck and duckling families we’ve ever seen at once. There were 20 ducklings in all, divided among four mothers and these sweet fluffs confidently swam along, eager to explore the bright world in front of them.

“It’s so beautiful! It’s so fun!” they all whistled as a shared mantra, welcoming in each moment with eyes of wonder.

All of this new fresh start energy and sweet purity was nourishing the child within me who will be rising even more with the trust and support of my own inner mother and father.

Are we seeing a pattern of life and death in the same day? Renewal and spiraling cycles of connectivity and simultaneous duality as the unified field of unconditional experience.

Then the Full Moon illuminated, and a deep, root chakra shift was activated, as I already shared. After all I’d been experiencing, it makes more sense now why. That morning of the 13th I also received an email congratulating and celebrating my 15 years since I became an ordained minister through the Universal Life Church Monastery. Pretty interesting day alignment, coming at this time of pivotal life changes – full circle closures and new starts, just as each of my nature friends were telling me about.

And to chime in with the acknowledgments of joy, Frith showed up on the evening of July 14th running exuberantly in half circles, back and forth, as I watched. He’s been growing and yet I love that he maintains his inner child zest for life and sense of comfortability within himself. Life moves faster out in nature, but he reminds me that every moment is precious, time isn’t what it seems, and now is a great opportunity to choose joy. He locks his big black eyes with mine in agreement.

“There you go,” he says. “Stay with that.”

Earlier that same day we went on another brand new hike on the north west end of the lake to be in fully clear air. We’ve actually been super lucky so far that air quality from some surround fires hasn’t been bad yet. There’s been occasional yellow range quality on and off, but always returns to green. So, we’ve been able to continue our outdoor adventures beyond the timing of last year’s very bad air quality that set in mid-July. On this day, the air went into the orange range for the first time because of the wind bringing through the Yosemite fire’s smoke, so we headed to the other side of the lake to green air. Since this day, we’ve had green every day again.

This six and a half mile hike was super peaceful and hardly trafficked. I ended up finding these three feathers – two Steller’s Jay and a small Great Horned Owl – both of which I’ve written about before.

I also found this amazing little raw quartz heart sitting atop a granite mix matrix.

From the back it looks like a little mouse with quartz ears, or a baby bunny. From the front, a perfect heart. It felt to echo the innocence and new beginnings flourishing within my heart and mirrored all around me.

I also found this lovely, ancient energy, lava rock.

I’d just been reading about the Sierra Nevada mountains and how they’ve died and been reborn again over tens of millions of years since their original formation 100 million years ago. I’d read about the volcanic scar and then here a lava rock appears.

Lava rocks are very grounding and strengthen connection to Mother Earth. Since they come from very raw energy, they embody rebirth and the shedding of unneeded layers – especially those of emotional attachments. Formed from fire alone, they provide strength and power while supporting stability through major times of change.

Another perfect friend for me, speaking the language I understand most.

Upon returning home, before my Frith encounter, I found my onion plant that I grew from kitchen scraps in full blossom. Until then I had cut some of the green stalks for scallions, but now I took the whole plant since it had come to full expansion and life cycle. Look how long it is!

I measured upon bringing it inside and it was a whopping 30 inches long. I cut it up, used some scallions and the tiny onion in a bbq stir fry, then saved the rest, including the blossoms, for other dishes. I’m seeing if I can sprout the root scraps again. I have unusual luck with things.

July 15th then rolls around and gifts me this bouquet of feathers.

Four more Steller’s Jay feathers and two more Great Horned Owl ones, including a larger and smaller.

Great Horned Owl presence is ramping up like crazy, as I spoke about in my last post. Owl messengers in general have taken center stage in the cosmic unfolding, speaking through from my star family and clearing the way for upcoming channels of communication.

So much around me in nature keeps sharing the same conversation.

And then something different happens.

So far there’s been a lot of contrasting experiences, although all with underlying richness. But on July 16th another lizard crosses my path and something new unfolds.

I decide to go out in the side yard to check on how my two new comfrey plants are adjusting after just planting them and then instead of going inside, felt led to the garden just to take in the beauty.

As I get there I notice a lizard in the water bowl! Right away I thought, “Oh, gosh! Another dead lizard?!” I go closer and this lizard also looks perfect, but isn’t moving. She’s just floating there with eyes closed. I gently take her tail between my fingers to lift her out and she just hangs there, not moving.

I place her gently on the ground next to the bowl, as you can see here.

She didn’t move and her eyes were closed, so I figured she might have drowned. I then notice her eyes slightly opening and decide to do what I can.

“Are you okay?” I ask her.

I gently rub my finger down her back, petting her with love.

She still doesn’t move.

I then hold my hand over her and give her Reiki.

She starts to look half alive, with eyes open and little bit of movement at the neck like breathing. But she still doesn’t move.

“That feels better,” she whispers in gratitude.

I pet her more with Reiki love and then decide I’ll try to pick her up to see if I can do anything else. As I go to lift her and put her in my hand she suddenly revives and moves about a foot pretty quickly to the edge of the patio.

“I’m feeling more myself again,” she says.

I give her a little nudge and she climbs over the side border and makes her way onto the dirt under my rose bush.

“Thank you for being there,” she adds. “I was okay with things in either event, as I can’t think of a better place to let go in. I heard what you did for my lizard brother.”

We share an exchange that happens within moments, but much is conveyed. I then pet her one last time and after that she takes off. All is well.

I think what happened is that she noticed there were bugs caught in the water, or perhaps she even chased one there, and once she climbed in she couldn’t get out. She had resigned herself to letting go.

That’s one interpretation…and another is that she and I aligned and this was the shift all the integrations up until then had led to.

I saved a drowning lizard, or had she just given me an answer?

All experiences exist and reside together. Through surrender and trust the result isn’t important because you know that consciousness is eternal and if you’ve followed your wave of joy in the waters of experience, then you’re truly free and anything is possible.

A couple of hours after lizard’s resurrection, we stopped midway of our bike ride to enjoy a snack and rest under a juniper tree.

Dave (who’s unknowingly tuned in) remarks that we haven’t seen an eagle here for quite some time – he was referring to bald eagles since that’s what shows up at this lake on rare occasion. We both look up and a golden eagle circles us for a couple of minutes literally as Dave is just finishing that sentence.

We haven’t seen a golden eagle for years and the last time I think was in Banff.

The “golden” eagle felt to me like the alchemy of recent experiences all rolled up into one – a transformation into gold.

Golden eagle says, “This is the start of a new beginning and no matter what may seem challenging, successful outcomes will ensue and you have the strength to see it through.” As a divine messenger, he adds, “Ask and you will be given the answer, but only you have that answer so trust fearlessly in what you find.”

When an eagle flies overhead the key message is “trust” and the invitation is to step outside and distance yourself from any limitations, emotional attachments, and reactions so that you can see from a wider, more expansive perspective. Big movement is taking place below the surface even though outer life appears unchanged. There is something larger at work and that trust will see you through.

July 17th, following golden eagle I find a sweet little transitioning moth on our gorgeous hike.

I carry her the whole way in my hands – this is not the first time I carry a little winged one in process of transitioning. We both receive so much in this exchange. I notice the tiniest thread of life fading and I cradle her until it passes.

Her spirit tells me, “Let the light within be your guide and beacon. You hold the power of resurrection in your hands.”

With each nature encounter and merging, both a very intimate relationship ensued and a merging of souls took place. Conversations were between parts of myself, rather than with something separate to me. We were a part of each other. We are one.

And so these short stories have been the tapestry of my last 11 plus days. Each one piecing together the current trajectory I’m weaving.

Maybe you see something of yourself within them too, or an experience touches a chord and synchronizes with meaning.

The more I let go and trust, the more possibility I invite in – just as my resurrected lizard friend shared.

I’m ready for new possibilities, more than ever before. And I’m willing to take creative action to experience it.

How about you?

To wrap things up, I just wanted to let you know that this week will be the last week for items to be available via the links I’ll share below. I’ll be removing these pages on 7/24. This conclusion includes the 20-25% off Summer Sale, which has been extended to the crystals remaining. I’m still curious about some of these patiently hanging around, but will either end up finding a way to keep them for myself or finding them homes another way.

We only have 2 Dream Drops left. As you might recall, these are a one-time-only collection I won’t be repeating that merges a blend of essential oils and crystal infusions charged and activated during the Summer Solstice portal. There is one 10 ml roller bottle and one 2 oz spray bottle remaining. These include a bottle of Tigers Eye chips with Sodalite roller and a spray bottle with Lepidolite and Prehnite chips that include the essential oil blend of dried rose petals from my garden combined with yarrow/pom oil, and Egyptian almond oil in an organic apricot kernel oil base/smoky quartz infusion – see photo collage above.

Experiences have been varied and testimonials are still coming in on these, which I’ll share as they do, but include:

“The oil has had a calming effect for my anxiety from the moment I put it on” Nicole

“These are very healing for me so I appreciate very much that you had the guidance to make them. The Dream Drops are helping me with some injuries I have and raising my vibration too.” Edie Summers, Author of The Memory of Health, Wellness Coach & Yoga Instructor & &

“Been using mine as a morning ritual to start my day, as well as an evening after-bath releasing and intention setting way to end my day and in both cases I can feel a change to my energy. I also found that my plants enjoy a spritz and my Reiki practice felt up-leveled with the addition of the oil. Oh! And my dog has been more calm these days, which I can only attribute to my feeling more calm from using the oil and perhaps him receiving an after effect benefit from the plant spritzing.” Janet

These solar and moonlight infused over 11 days with the addition of 11 raw Tahoe smoky quartz spread between two jars. I then blended them with the other oils and last, they were added to their designated crystal bottles and placed out in the garden for 24 hours over the Solstice. The results are very subtle aroma infusions, but extremely potent blends.

I love these for sacred anointing before meditation or any healing or intentional practice, Reiki Healing Attunements, before teaching a class or speaking before others, after showering or bath time, simply as a ritual to start your day with presence and added energy, a pick me up during the day, etc. Can be used on wrists, neck, temple, third eye, clavicle, or over chakras. Anywhere you choose. The larger, blue spray bottles also have crystals in them – each have a blending of two chosen crystal chip combinations you’ll see at the link also. These are great to use similarly, but spray on instead of roll. Or simply use as an invigorating mist to face, body, or a pick-me-up for any room or ritual.

The last two bottles can be ordered at this direct link where you’ll also find the amazing Larkivite Skull and Amethyst Flame, as well as the jars of powerful petrified wood still awaiting their cocreators to see them:

Great White Owl ~ Return to White’s New Cycle of Sanctity

A recent dream is the prompt to this blog share today, as it made me recall how white owl has visited before, which included a time when potent white animal and heightened cosmic experiences were unfolding in my life. The dream feels to also have a collective message woven in, just as I felt the previous experience had, but also in part seems to be reiterating the theme from then as well because the now is more its time to be heard.

The part of the dream I’m sharing took place on the large, sprawling grounds of some kind of establishment that felt both indoors and outdoors and had an odd Twilight Zone kind of feel to it. I was walking the grounds filled with trees at what felt like night time, since it was dark. I then began to see tiny glowing lights in the trees and when I blinked to see more clearly I noticed that they were in fact shining pairs of eyes laced throughout the limbs of the trees. There were at least half a dozen or more pairs to each tree, multiplying out to hundreds, and I knew immediately that they were owls. Then, it was like I turned on the light and it was either daylight or bright light and I could now see what the eyes were connected to, revealing variations of white owls (snowy, barn, barred, etc. but all white) all looking down at me from the trees. I noticed that laced between the owls were a few exotic birds with rainbow colored feathers. An ethereal, enchanting, and cosmically mysterious energy pervaded. The owls and birds were much more than meets the eye. I then realized that there were big piles of feathers encircling the trunks of each tree that were both white from the owls and rainbow colored from the exotic birds. I went about gathering as many as I could before the cleanup crew got to all of them (they were on the scene already taking some away), as I felt they would just throw them away and not realize their sacredness and value…and if I didn’t get to them, they would be lost forever…this chance, that is…to receive this abundant and potent gift that was shed to reveal a purpose.

It then reminded me both of the old blog I wrote about one of my white owl vision encounters and the three special white owl feathers I have sitting on my desk in front of me.

The three white feathers you see above, with very delicate and ethereal markings, come from a rare white barn owl. They, along with several other sacred bird feathers including more from the barn owl, were gifted to me by my sweet friend and “sistar” as we call each other due to the cosmic nature of the connection, Desiree. You likely remember her from our magickal Winter Solstice last year.

I’ll share more about the connection with one of my other white owl experiences and some more around the messaging of these mystical creatures, but first I wanted to share a little around owl for myself.

While I am a woman of many animals and two of my main animal spirit guides are the rabbit and butterfly, I have a dozen or so other power animals that are with me a lot in cycles and are stand-outs for repetitive appearances. That said, the whole animal kingdom is strongly carried with me. I can recall a channeler friend of mine sharing how amazed he was by the amount of animal spirits he could see all around me, and how another reading confirmed I’ve lived more animal lives than most souls – both nothing surprising to what I know and experience.

And although my dear and magickal faery sis Laura is openly the one with owl as her totem animal, for me owls are more in the background and not overtly in your face in terms of speaking loudly to others about me. They are below the surface and just like the creatures of the night that they are, they work the other realms of my experience and support navigation of a different kind of world that lurks in the mystery, shadows, and cosmic depths. Rather than jump out all the time like rabbits for instance do for me, they punctuate heightened times of cosmic shifts and turning points.

They show up in dreamtime, feathers I find or are given, power jewelry I wear, and very potent and rare actual close encounters in person – most of the latter being great horned owl several times and a few fly-by barn owls across my driven path. And yet it is the hauntingly beautiful and extraterrestrial barn owl that strikes deep chords in my soul heart. I have always had more draw to white or nearly white owls because of the other worldly essence I feel from them.

It’s always been interesting to me that hawk and owl are strong guardians in my life – one much more visual (hawk) and the other mysteriously hidden between the layers (owl) – and show up as strong confirmation, but also as support and guidance involving both solo things and things with my rabbit familiars, despite their being predator to the prey. Hawk especially has been a protector around my rabbits when they show up in their highest spirit version.

Years back, some of the dots of this shadowy owl connection came more to light when a gifted reader in Sedona (one I’d touched in with several times over the years with and who recently made his transition on) expressed how alongside our both being Pisces that we also shared the same destiny numbers and similar journeys – that of the “Owl” life path. Another Sedona channeler some nearly 25 years ago shared the same.

But for purposes of this blog, I’ll just say that when owl shows up in very deliberate ways, whether in person, visions, dreams, or through feather gifts….it has heralded a change of direction in my life, more bleed through of cosmic integration and support coming in, as well as opened doorways to what used to be hidden within me to be remembered and accessed.

Now that I’ve provided a framework to the personal connection, let’s move on to the white owl message, which made me revisit my 2014 blog: Soaring Through A New Shade Of White.

So much of what I wrote about in that blog, during another profound time in my life hinging on soul choice and when we got to experience the sound chamber healing bath in the Integratron of Joshua Tree, resounds with such resonance for the now. Again, like cycling back to something that was years ahead in messaging, but now makes even more sense. The message echoes and expands, but the one owl has become many – and I can feel the presence of ancestors both on and off planet…those that are watching, supporting, and hoping along with me and so many of us.

So that you don’t have to go to that blog to read it all if you don’t want to, I’m copying and pasting in some of the parts that stand out below. It’s uncanny how so much of it also reiterates messaging from my last blog share upon return from my time away:

White symbolizes purity, cleansing, innocence, clarity, new beginnings, wholeness, truth, sacredness, enlightenment, awakening, protection, is traditionally associated with death more than black, and connected to male/yang energy.

Along with embodying all of the general owl symbolism, White Owls are also considered messengers of the gods or underworld, messengers of change and transition, appear as a sign of things to come, are guardians allowing us the ability to see with clarity past fear and illusion, to see in the “dark”, and see what is hidden to others, and can mean that you’ve attained more wisdom recently and that you’re evolving/maturing.

There are legends of the White Owl for many ancient peoples, but to the Maya it is a messenger of warning that things are far off balance in the world and change is imminent and necessary now. The need for spending time communing with Nature is not a luxury, but a must in returning things to natural harmony and to transcend the dominance of fear, damaging ego, and imbalanced male dominance.

One of the main messages of White Owl that stands out to me is that of personal evolution that she seems to herald.

Owls message change. The White Owl, sanctity.

“I lost my innocence in place of a new-found, undefined purity that is anchoring from my explorations and which I didn’t realize existed, but is even more precious and empowering to me.”

I feel like the White Owl is a reflection of a deep, subtle, but most essence part within me that is voicing itself and wants a voice. It feels to be an inner knowing, something I’ve hidden from myself but no longer is contained out of fear, is being freed and released. She also feels to reflect the inner perception I blocked as a child, but is now being welcomed despite how raw, dramatic, and clear the truths I see are and this has increased my ability to smell out any subtle form of deception or manipulation, conscious or unconscious.

I think she mirrors that silent observer I’ve mentioned becoming more and more of these days, who is highly engaged and present, but does so through energetic embodiment. (Wow, if you read my last blog. It’s almost as if I wrote that, and truly this whole message, for the current me…perhaps my vision then was a window into my future self/now)

The White Owl that is present within seems to also bring news of something to come that is in process of actualizing, reminding me/us to trust our intuition, and is there to help us learn about ourselves in the deepest sense. Awareness and openness to the message without fear is the best approach, as Owls are magickal, protective, way-shower beings (some connected to extraterrestrials) that can help us to navigate the “winds of change” and to remember we are the ones we’ve been waiting for. (Side note: it’s been extra windy the last few days here)

White Owl also represents an ability to see past deceit and illusion, providing guiding support during confusing times. When they appear, they bestow an ability to see beyond what others perceive and to see the things usually hidden to others, and ourselves, which includes the true motives people have.

Since Owls see in the dark, the White Owl brings a piercing illumination that can only be experienced if one has merged with the darkness to such a degree that you gain a totally new perspective that is spiritually endowed.

Definitely a period of greater maturity that feels to have taken root in my life and is anchoring the power and greater stability of “emotional intelligence” or “emotional wisdom” that has been a lifelong cultivation.

White Owls have also been known to guide people from life to the otherworld. Traditionally, Owls are messengers of physical death, but also symbolic of major and important life transitions and change that are currently happening or about to happen.

And this does not feel exclusive to me either, but collectively we are in the midst of something new and the kind of change that will take place through intentional, creative action.

Since symbols are not solely personal, but also impersonal and collective, Owls offer us insight about the experiences of transition at hand or that are needed. This could mean personal transformation, but since all things are connected, it is tied into collective transformation.

So their presence assists us in being actively, co-creatively, and presently engaged with the process, rather than having things happen to us.

There is a definite presence of creative potency soaring through, I sense.

While white may be one half of duality, it, like black, also feels to be like a blank slate from which to create from when one has cycled back to reclaim what they symbolize, but from a new perspective.

When we forged ahead with our desire for spiritual enlightenment, we left behind parts of ourselves that we didn’t want to face, denied or hid from ourselves, or that we weren’t capable of working with then. Yet, in order to move beyond things currently, these need to be addressed and are the very things we keep seeing/feeling as harsh realities around that affect us deeply.

A new white is needed…A new black as well. And from our exploration of them fully, we will be able to realize the value within them both, and how we can utilize their fundamental empowered ingredients to create the new alchemy necessary to transmute to what’s available next.

I am feeling how I’m able to bring in and continue integrating the productive aspects of the white/yang/Sacred Male into the black/yin/Sacred Female now to hone in on their powers in partnership and reverence of one another. All of this white showing up, to me, is signifying this transmutation taking place.

It may appear to others as the “same” white, and yet it is not at all. It’s kind of like the Fool Tarot Card who “appears” as the Fool to most, and yet is quite something else instead. That is the ironic joke, as he/she is and is not the Fool at all, depending on the perspective.

When I was a little girl, it was white horses that first drew me. Then they became black for a greater portion of my life. And recently I’ve journeyed to white again, but it is from this new perspective of revisiting and reclaiming that which I left behind, in order to embody my wholeness and most authentic power. This comes from having ALL of our parts present and honored.

This white is not the white of before, but a transmuted white that takes the old and is alchemically creating something new. And as it transmutates with the new black, there are limitless, empowered shades one is able to explore from detached perspective and boundless things one can create.

But it is in the clear energy that we will recognize all of this. Be able to be in any of it, but not of it. Move in and out. Experience and explore. And do it all without attachment, and the most unconditionally loving energy we have yet to know.

In essence, the things we create will be of both and neither white or black, embodying the most potent, clear, diamond essence energy in their harmonious merging.

Do you feel the call to something more…something expansive and don’t know why?

Are the voices and inner promptings becoming louder for you and getting harder to push aside?

Are you exhausted or perhaps exasperated with the way things are out there and feeling more ready to at least change your relationship to outer things while you channel energy into creating an impactful change within?

Then perhaps this is the fuel behind today’s fire for sharing my dream and recycling back to 2014’s message that I feel is even more pertinent today – perhaps written for the now, as back then things were still under the surface and didn’t feel as pressing.

I was led to this wonderful blog, written in January of this year by the incredible Chloë Rain – Founder of Explore Deeply:

Snowy Owl’s Medicine, Meaning and Spiritual Significance

Some excerpts that personally resonate and jump out to collectively highlight, in relation to the white owl connection and Chloë’s shamanic experience, include:

“As this pertains to Owl Medicine as a Messenger, different owls represent different roles as Messenger. For instance, the Snowy Owl is the Animal Spirit that is a messenger who is responsible for carrying wisdom from the Elders and the human with whom the Snowy Owl resides will have the gift of channeling the words of the elders via inspired written words or intuitive channelling.

It is said that if you meditate with the owl, the answers to your questions will be revealed. Listen to the voice inside of you.

Snowy Owl’s ability to navigate in the darkness makes her not only a master Spirit Guide for soul retrieval and the reclaiming of lost parts of the soul, but she is also the guide that helps us go into the void of the Great Mystery to call forth ancient wisdom, knowledge and secrets that have lain dormant for ages to help us remember the fullness of our being, and create the new earth.

You have to see to know. You have to know to see.

White Owl people, are seers of divine wisdom and are said to be oracles of secret knowledge from the Elders or the Wisdom Keepers.

In fact, Owls are Medicine Messengers, and each Owl has a different medicine message. Snowy Owls, in particular are the carriers of the Wisdom from the Elders and if the Snowy Owl is your spirit guide you have the gift of channeling the words of the Elders via inspired written words or intuitive channeling.

Had I understood that channeling was a gift that had been imparted to me, and furthermore the gift of writing wisdom from beyond, not necessarily from me, but from a place of knowing, I might have felt a lot more confidence in the coming months as my life began to shift in strange and irreversible ways.

This understanding certainly would have been enlightening information for me to receive at that time… but it would not be until years had passed that I would fully understand and completely receive the medicine that came to me in that first vision ceremony.

I have learned from my teachers, the ones in this realm and the ones beyond, that nothing is conceptual, especially when it comes to animal spirits, and the messages they bring to us when they appear in our lives, and the medicine and wisdom they impart to us when they walk with us in this world.

Most often the teachers will answer your questions with very few words, and almost no explanations are given in shamanic training, because nothing is conceptual or symbolic as we experience things in Western culture.

The Maestros didn’t answer my questions about my visions of the White Owl with grand explanations. To them, it was all very clear.

The Great White Owl, had come to teach me her wisdom and be a soul companion on my path.

As that all assimilates and digests, since I post less often I like to add some updates to the blog messages that tie in the energies weaving through my little dot on the Earth grid here.

The above and below grid collages are of two of my recent and last custom, magick wand channelings. Each of them were woven over the powerful cycles of energies last and this month – the bottom one over the New Moon Eclipse and concluding with the Beltane energies of the previous month and the top one piggy-backing initiation with the same powerful doorways, but then continuing on through the energies of the Full Moon Total Lunar Eclipse and concluded in the window leading up to this next New Moon of the 30th – tomorrow. It will actually arrive to its new guardian the 31st, fully stepping into the openings of the new cycle.

Both were intricately involved and took patience for the alignments of energies to ignite, but they felt integral to the recent shifts and expansion I have been going through, reflecting the same in each individual they were channeled for – again demonstrating how we are all connected.

As I shared with one of the wand recipients, “The weaving of the copper wire was one of the most intricately involved I’ve ever done and this felt important…just as weaving braids in one’s hair is a sacred practice that symbolizes strength, wisdom, unity, and integration…it also is a process of weaving the storyline of energies and intentions into the entire creation. Every twist, turn, cross over, interlay, etc…has purpose…and so this was a very intentional process that took great purity of focus and presence…bringing much the same to your wand. It also reminds me of our sacred spider sister and the web of life she weaves for all of creation.”

And while that was taking place, I forgot to share about my indoor Reishi mushrooms (I always type Reiki everytime I try to write Reishi – lol!) They grew beautifully – taking the longest of the three varieties – but harvest time came right before we left to Playa Del Carmen and upon return I decided to blend the mushrooms. I am using it in smoothies and have an idea for baking, which is why for now I kept it not as finely blended into a powder.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, Reishi is known as ‘The Mushroom of Immortality’ and some call it the Queen of Mushrooms or the Queen of Immortality. It has many medicinal uses and benefits to us humans who share 40% of our DNA with mushrooms. Its symbolism includes well-being, success, longevity, and divine power.

The grid collage below shares some photos of my Reishi and the journey it went through after harvesting. There was a lot more than I’m holding, as you can see in the blender, but these photos show you how beautiful and amazing it is.

And last, this yet-again-powerful Gemini New Moon tomorrow has brought a first wave of blooms in pink and violet to the garden here. Loving Nature’s choice of first colors popping in reflection to expanding heart and chakra consciousness. Out in the forest behind our house, however, it is yellow having its first dance of joy under the Sun – gotta love that solar plexus courage, joy and confident empowerment! The first forest blossoms are prolific, creating a yellow carpet like none we’ve seen so abundant before. Looking forward to the rest of the blooms to make their debut. Meanwhile, our drip system is in and the plants are happy, flourishing, and in vibrant revival mode from the May Winter setback.

Like my plants that had a short slumber, I’m coming into my own revival and feeling much more integrated back. Lots of changes upcoming, as I imagine for many of you too!

And to circle back in closure for today, to reiterate from my share above:

Since symbols are not solely personal, but also impersonal and collective, Owls offer us insight about the experiences of transition at hand or that are needed. This could mean personal transformation, but since all things are connected, it is tied into collective transformation.

So their presence assists us in being actively, co-creatively, and presently engaged with the process, rather than having things happen to us.

There is a definite presence of creative potency soaring through, I sense.

What will you create?

A Blooming Reseed

Gosh where to begin with this return post after being away for over a couple of weeks and with all that has and continues to transpire. I mostly wanted to touch in with you all to see how you’re doing (please feel free to drop a comment below) and share a small update from my neck of the woods in case you’re experiencing things in a similar vein unfolding – that collective energy connection that is comforting to know. Perhaps, even, you might receive nourishing energy or some kind of inspiration from the photos I captured, even if you don’t read the words in between.

However, things ARE still in an in between stage for me, so I’ll just share generally what has transpired over the last few weeks and not get into great details on everything.

Although I’m writing, since it’s been a while, I’m still not fully back. The time away was much appreciated and provided nourishment in ways I desired, but I’m still needing more time for myself, developments, and transitioning. I do, however, enjoy indulging my creative expression needs since that feels important when it sprouts. Posts will be sporadic for now while I continue to focus on nurturing my own needs and a lot of things unfolding on this end that need my energy.

That in between energy continues to include the fluctuating weather and seasons here, as while we were away we had a pretty decent snow storm back home and upon arrival we’ve had another, with quite a bit more on the way through end of the week. Here is a photo up at Spooner Summit when I had to travel Tuesday in the new precipitation.

I’m really grateful for this, as we were so far below the snow levels needed and every bit helps. In fact, I’ve focused a couple of Reiki Healing Attunements in recent weeks to work with the Elementals to create more precipitation because it feels so important. I feel we can all do our own parts in aligning with the elements within and without to support the highest good. We can also each do our best to embrace the constant changes we are being shown would be to our benefit.

While change is in the air and anything is possible, what might you be willing to release in the vein of letting go?

The more we can willingly release and open to new energies, the less it will feel like change is being thrown at us.

I can feel the blooming within and I see it beginning without. There’s been opportunity to reseed intentions, with the slower unfoldings that provide time to rethink, reimagine, and perhaps even redo things we thought we wanted, but in fact have outgrown even in the short interim of patient holding and waiting. It feels like there will be some bunny leaps up ahead that are going to happen after the seeming holds and temporary setbacks. It all is part of the whole, perfect process and the consistent ebbs and flows. The challenges that appear feel like alchemy in disguise, preparing the way for a blooming reseed like no other yet before.

Before our travels we got to spend some quality time with a dear friend who so kindly journeyed out to house and animal sit for us while away – the best sitter ever who gave me full peace of mind.

We hadn’t seen Lynne for a couple of years, but the days in Tahoe were perfect for the reuniting, adventures, and fun.

This is the area where she and I first met – Reno/Tahoe – and it was the perfect way to ignite some new things in each of our lives, plus reunite Lynne with my mom and meet the rest of my family, as well as hike with our good friend Reid and his dog Jasmine.

I even found an incredible hawk feather on this hike, and together Lynne and I found a ton of clear quartz and citrines. The feather spoke to support, guidance, and alignment all around for what would unfold along the way.

We enjoyed quite the contrast of weather while away with temperatures rising where we journeyed (high 80’s, 90’s and even a day of 100+) and a new round of snow coming down back home with frosty nights.

The first desert blooms were yellow, which I adore, but my heart has also been feeling the glow of pink as softening continues to anchor as the lens I view things through. Perhaps reflecting the Pink Full Moon energy, but truly has been ongoing for a while.

Indeed, the contrasts build, but our responses can diminish.

I loved the variety of thriving and varied bird songs that filled the mornings and days, especially the soft calls of the quail. We have them at home here in the mountain forests, too, so they felt like a bridge between worlds.

We also experienced a rare bald eagle sighting while in the desert, a few road runners, and dramatic landscapes of a different kind of beauty.

While Spring desert vibes surrounded my days away, back home winter made a comeback. This, I feel, speaks to a slower start to new things while getting the inner more anchored for the launch. Meanwhile, watching the start of blooms, exploring the desert oasis, and receiving sunshine on the skin all felt supportive for the days ahead.

Finding that balance is a daily journey and one I am committed to support overall well being, which allows me to literally and energetically be there for those who need me.

It was so awesome to return home to find my garden and potted plants thriving even without my tending anything yet. Everything is sprouting galore and quite prolifically I might say – more new plants in each pot than were ever there before. The moisture has definitely helped out. I have the most daffodil plants growing with a slow blooming start, but many on the way with my first tulips getting ready to blossom too.

I clipped a little bunch to bring some sweet fragrance and sunshiny good vibes in the house to support our transition back and things we are moving through.

Don’t they look sweet between the Easter rabbits my mom and dad gave me?

I also came home to a second harvest of my Lion’s Mane – will I get another? They say you can get 3-4 flushes.

And my Reishi continues strong – it takes much longer to grow, but look how beautiful it is so far.

There’s even another bunny growing – can you see?

I plan to slowly get the yard and garden cleaned up in May and get my seeds going. But, like with everything, I’m not rushing anything. I’m going with the flow of what feels natural and it’s all been in alignment, as we’ve continued to have Winter snow storms and below freezing nights.

It felt key that we were away during the recent Pink (Seed) Full Moon and Easter. In fact on the Full Moon a wild desert rabbit ran out to greet me while I got in the car to go to the store.

And on Easter, another wild desert rabbit ran across the road in front of me as I was driving us on the way to a hike. Then on my first morning back home guess who greeted me outside in the garden?

None other than my sweet, grown up, bunny friend, Hope. And what perfect, divine timing she had, as usual. I recognized her instantly by those soulful, cosmic eyes.

That made three days in a row of very deliberate, get-my-attention encounters with wild rabbits, which feels like no random thing their showing up on these particular days.

The trip away was also full-circle-creating memories-with-loved-ones-time – something that feels ever-more important these days, as we never know how long we have with those we care about.

Seeing family that are getting on in age and health, deepening the relationship with my cousin-in-law who’s like a sister, as well as connecting with dear friends we don’t get to see very often, all were meaningful highlights.

I even got to see my cutie godson Nova! Thanks to my ever-sweet sis Laura for the “Crazy Bunny Lady” birthday t-shirt that fits me to a “T.” Nova seemed to like it too!

There’s been a lot of unusual energies this month, but despite how they come in they still feel like resets that carry the seeds of new.

April heralds great promise for the evolution of new directions. All that blooming goodness whispers to us about our own opening petals, as we release the baggage flowers aren’t meant to carry while they reach for the sunshine.

I hear the words reseed and reset, as well as regenerate over and over in my mind. They’ve become somewhat of a mantra.

Whether you plant literal or metaphorical seeds, perhaps you feel that nesting call of the birds to prepare for what you are intending to birth. Things feel super fertile, but its’ up to us to activate these in partnership.

My time away brought some new insights and definite closures, as well as so many more raw crystal treasures onto my path to support it all. I’m actually writing this from my double desks that are literally covered in crystals to the point of not one bit of open space because I haven’t had time to go through them and find their place in the rock garden and gridded spaces.

I am floored by the crystal beings that have been finding me and vice versa, me them. This has been likely the most crystal prolific period I can remember in a long time (the most from Nature for sure) and I feel it’s due to all the resetting they are wanting to support. It’s as if they are literally jumping out of the Earth as I pass through. Literally, I was on trails lined in raw crystals, minerals and stones that were a treasure trove of energies to support reseeding incredible potentials.

I also was called to get a hair reset since my special faery friend and fellow bun mom is an incredible hairstylist with her own salon. It was fun to help baptize her special space, as she only opened it just under a year ago.

I decided to go bold, with a new look I’ve been wanting to do for some time. I told her to just go for it and cut my bangs super short and just trim the bottom with the same blunt boldness of my new bangs. Two cuts across and two lengths…super short and moderate, with no layers in between.

I can’t tell you how good this has felt, was needed, and ended up being so perfect for the hot temperatures I was in and the seasons ahead.

It also provides great versatility to go super Egyptian…

Soft faery…

and reveal those Cosmic features more boldly…

It also has felt more reflective of the current me, provided a fresh revitalizing, literally feels to have changed my whole vibe, feels like it opened things and is lighter and brighter, and gives me room to have every color of style in between as they grow. My hair grows fast, so this also remedies not having to cut my bangs for a while. My hair was feeling heavy and my grown out, long bangs were feeling like a veil…now that’s lifted and clarity restored.

I’m ever the chameleon Pisces.

This created a big energetic shift without really doing much at all to my hair. There’s always a way we can work with energies to help the new along. Find what you’re drawn to changing from small to large, and you too will experience a greater alignment and shift. It could be as simple as a new accessory, wearing a new color, a new outfit, moving furniture around, redecorating, a hair trim or cut, or even a new behavior or routine.

And since returning home there’s been a lot continuing to unfold. I’m reminded by Hope, the rabbit, that it all holds promise, despite what it appears.

When life throws you the unexpected, you can choose to embrace it and ride the waves or fight the current and exert more energy than necessary. I love riding the waves with this guy.

I’ll be balancing my time back between projects and commitments I need to complete and taking some time off to be with the currents flowing through right now.

Wishing everyone the promise of new possibilities and the hope of a brighter renewal.

What calls to you to create through the blooming reseed of your heart?

One Step Back, Two Steps Forward ~ Balance for Resiliency

I took these photos yesterday on St. Patrick’s Day, just four days after the initial ones I shared on the 13th of my mushroom babies. Look at them grow!

Reishi, Lion’s Mane, and Giant Pink Oysters here we come!

Watching the hourly and daily growth of these mushies is truly a way to be present with all the unacknowledged miracles of life that unfold around us moment to moment.

And as I shared in a previous post: “They feel part of the ritual unfolding here and a deliberate working with the under and other worlds as breakthrough elements to assist in finding the alchemy that will manifest consistent transcendence. Mycelium is an interwoven network, much like our inner network of fascia, with great resiliency and adaptability. Rebirth and transformation is at hand for the whole of humanity. And we can access it through the physical and symbolic fascia holding everything together. Fascia are connective fibers in spiraled helixes that support flexibility and resiliency. We, too, are spiraling into a new terrain where breakthrough possibilities await us and regeneration is the power of our creatorship.”

The mystical, micro world of mushrooms carries a lot of symbolism and turns our attention to the underworkings that help us understand the foundations things are built upon. And the soil and minerals are the heart womb for life on Earth.

I mentioned that I have one big crystal nestled in the soil of my garden right now since the 16th and will remain there through Spring Equinox. A smaller one accompanies it and this is part of a renewal and reset both for the crystals themselves and for what they will be supporting as well. Garden work is being put on hold until mid-April, as the weather is too unpredictable right now and I keep getting the message to let things unfold organically and then once we’re further into Spring I’ll then know better what to focus on. So, planting my 19 new seed packets and mini greenhouse containers keeps getting pushed back (as I’m called to start them outdoors), but feels in alignment with other things in motion. I sense once I get things going it will go quickly, just like energy right now feels to be in fast motion on all fronts. Even my irises and daffodils are in alignment with my feeling to hold for a little while longer. By now, in previous years, I have had my birthday irises and first daffodils bloom, but there are only a few buds that have debuted and still holding even though our yard and garden is the only one in the neighborhood fully without snow, as we get the most all-day sunlight here. So, my and nature’s instincts feel in alignment. I am also waiting to do the major after-Winter cleanup of the yards and decided the only replacement I will be doing in terms of broken items that have moved on, will be a new bird bath (I already have my eye on the perfect one). The heavy snow broke the last one that had withstood every other Winter until now. Time for change indeed. I’ve also done focused energy work in communion with the elements for weather and Earth patterns and continue to deep dive with those parts that are within me as well.

A lot of grounding practices are in process, readying and anchoring peace and balance for the rapid changes ahead. So, even though I’m not fully immersed in the soil as of yet, I’m still working with the deeper and underlying energies that have been incubating beneath the snowy Winter months.

The Virgo Full Worm Moon is upon us and as its name indicates, it’s a time of wriggling worms deep beneath the renewed soil awakening for the new season. Their appearance brings robins and then we know Spring change is in motion. Synchronously, I just saw the first robin a few days ago as I was having my latte looking out at the forest. It flew in and landed on the deck bannister peering toward me. I mentioned to Dave right then, “Spring is here,” as this chubby orange chested robin sat looking at me and energetically winked.

Full Moons are about reflection and shine a light on all the crevices of our life so we can bring things to conscious awareness and make adjustments. This one is all about balancing the Virgo/Pisces axis, which in effect can highlight supporting your intuition, backing up and expressing your feelings, bringing awareness and anchoring of wellness practices for greater wholeness, and spotlights personal growth and self-love that supports alignment with your authenticity and gifts that become your innately organic service to others.

Some questions to ponder…..How might you recalibrate your habitual routines to both align with collective changes and honor your own personal changes and needs? What might serve you better toward the fulfillment you seek to let go of? Have you recognized how far you’ve come and honored that? Where might you create more balance around ideas of pressure versus flow so that you find your sense of purpose contributing its natural motivation?

Two nights ago I had the most lovely dream that has lingered with me and feels important. Basically it was about me and a small koala bear. I had just moved into this new place and found the little koala bear in a cage, left behind by the people who had originally adopted her. The previous owners of the house left several trays of food they’d prepared, along with a note to please take care of her, as they couldn’t take her with them. Because of the koala bear’s sadness she hadn’t eaten and when I opened the cage to release her she immediately climbed up my arm and onto my back. She stayed nestled between my shoulder blades with arms wrapped around the base of my neck and lower legs embracing my back like angel wings cradling me. I got some different food and fed her and she took it gently with gratitude. She didn’t want to let go and remained with me no matter where I went. We were one. I can still feel her gently and lovingly around my upper back and the essence of our union is so sweet.

This felt like a very potent, integrative, and telling dream, activating the new into embodiment. Koalas are one of my many spirit animals. I used to have a koala bear stuffed animal when I was a little girl, we connected with them on our Australia trip, I always say that one of the animals Astrid reminds me of is a koala bear because of her nose markings, and I actually have a running thing with Dave that I call “koala” that makes us giggle. I’ve gathered my own messages from it personally and collectively, but if koala bear speaks to you as well, here’s two links I found particularly insightful and beautiful about them (some of it even highlighting things I’ve mentioned in this post and others):

What is My Spirit Animal ~ Koala Spirit Guide

Universe of Symbolism ~ Koala Symbolism & Meaning

While hiking on the morning after the dream, I found a hawk feather on the snow – another of my spirit animals. Hawk always confirms and supports revelations and directions I’ve understood and chosen.

We can actually experience peace within the chaos of things unfolding around us and in fact that peace we embody makes sense of it all and is the alchemy that transforms chaos into natural harmony.

Monday and Tuesday we experienced more powerful solar flare activity, which may have affected you, even if you weren’t aware this was happening. I didn’t particularly experience them the same as the last ones, on a physical level, but have noticed an increase in channeling and things lighting up, as well as seeing massive change happening rapidly in many ways in my life and other’s lives too. I have also recently been experiencing some high energy redirects and pauses to align things at the perfect timing – just like I and nature here have been slowing down to allow for organic unfolding at the perfect moment.

This has included two very potent filled packages of some of my new crystal family that have been returned to sender and then resent. The senders can’t understand what happened, as their records show one address, but the system is spitting out a different one with missing parts even if they’re someone I’ve worked with before without issue. There are energies at work on other levels for these deep dives we are preparing to create.

Like koala bear, I am embracing the slow down, going with the flow of nature, and deepening a peaceful relationship to the journey. There’s always something at work that we can’t yet see from where we’re currently standing. Yet, once we let go, we then find a mystical path of expansive potential opening before us.

So, while on the one hand there’s slowing, on the other hand there’s speeding up because the everything is a partnership of counterparts balancing and supporting the other. So, just like my mushrooms are growing rapidly behind the scenes, alongside other elements in the garden taking their time, there’s a synergy at play and it is evident also in my life that with greater pause, the leaps are simultaneously happening due to more conscious and mindful practices lining things up.

And even if you haven’t found mushrooms, nature elements, Earth’s gardens, crystals, or koala bears in your experience lately, they all still have valuable reflections for us on how to navigate life in more balance and alignment, as we go through these heightened periods of unknowns and intensities.

There’s a time for slowing and there’s a place for fast movement. Likely they’re happening at the same time on different levels of experience, but we don’t notice this unless we stop to pause and recognize it – just like watching my mushrooms makes this evident.

Growth is an ebb and flow and a balance of the elements to produce the most resilient manifestation that will weather the storms.

One step back, two steps forward.
