When my dear friend and the very talented and gifted John William Bauld shared his new video with me this morning, I felt it was “the” perfect way to start the day with a lot of love and light.

You may remember my post “Live What You Love” – which was the first (and most popular) interview that kicked off the new series of creative and healing arts visionaries blog spots I’ve been sharing.

In it, I also shared how John and I were brought together. And, as many of you may have noticed, we were able to actually meet in person just a few weeks ago while I was up in Toronto and Montreal. I was gifted with a most incredible time with both him and Shonna, his partner and equally talented Teacher of Yoga and Musician. And since the interview post, John has also become a Teacher of Yoga.

I am very much looking forward to the journey with both of them, as they hold a very dear place in my heart.
